I read an interview a couple of months back and Ryan said that his current contract with Red Bull KTM comes to an end at the end of summer.

He was asked if he thought about retirement. He answered by saying that he's been asked that question a lot and that he has nothing to prove to anyone and that he continues to ride because he loves it and that once his heart isn't into it he'll call it a day. He followed that up by saying that he knows which way he's leaning but that for now his focus remains on winning 2 more titles this year.

Of course that was a couple of months ago so things could change.

Is he practicing for MX? In Fl or CA riding or in MN? Think a journalist could look for more info, maybe ask him even? What's his mechanic doing? What's on the side of the KTM trailer? Lots of places to look for hints.

Why the hell would he? Makes zero sense for Dunge to race outdoors. We've seen his last Motocross race, but we'll get a couple more years Supercross / that shit is fun and not nearly as phisucal

Pretty sure when Ryan calls it a career he'll have a PR announcement thanking everyone. He's got too much class to leave everyone hanging in the shadows wondering if he's done or not.

No reason to race outdoors, even though I still think he's way better at it then SX. The dude is a beast under the sun/heat and is second to RC for most wins. I also think MX is a lot safer then SX aside from the higher speeds. Whatever he chooses the 9x Champion deserves it. From a selfish perspective I would need another rider to route for. Been a fan since day one. The guy was fluid/effortless on a bike like the Dogger and Kdub.
