Mike Picone is going to give LL's one more shot as he recovers from a torn ACL. He's really a great kid who has flown under the radar. He's got his work cut out for him though, these kids moving up to A are FAAAASSSSTTT!

Michael Leib is my pick to turn some heads this year but I'm somewhat bias... seriously there are a lot of kids going fast. Other west coast kids not mentioned yet...... Nick Paluzi, Landon Currier and Bryce Stewart.

Alexander Frye on the 65s.

Just keeps getting faster each year.

Also....I'm sure I might be the first person to say...

Maryland's Jack Rogers just moved up to the 50cc 7-8 class and saw him race at Elizabeth City yesterday. That kid absolutely is flying! He took 2nd at the LL regional last year and a 7th at Loretta's ,all in the 50 4-6 class. The next Barcia running now has to be AC.

Jace Owen from Illinois is pretty fast. He has had some bad luck at big races but the kid has style and speed. He also has good people around him that will push him to the next level.

Michael Leib isnt gonna make it far.. He'll be like broc hepler, he already gets hurt realllly bad every single time he rides..

Johny Jelderda, that kid rails..

also Nick Paluzzi, Max Anstie, Tommy Weeck was railin at gold cup 2 weeks ago, Tomac was going quick too.
85 class? socal top 5 supermini = Inda, Sharaer, Mohnike, Raha, Epstein and if i getta start i can deff run with them.

Alex Frye is done with the 65s, but will be one of the top 9-11 85 riders this year.

Devin,
thank you for the reply.
There are many circumstances not allowing riders to attain the success they deserve. Making sure a program is in place addressing mental, physical and emotional areas of improvement as well as support group adjustments is mandatory for any sport, MX/SX is no different.
Michael and his support group have made the decision to eliminate any areas that may be keeping his career from moving forward. This is the first step and Michael has shown that he is ready to listen and make the necessary adjustments.
Learning from the past and looking to the future is one of the keys to success.

What about Justin Weeks? I was down at Monster Mountain this weekend and watched him ride a little, looked pretty fast to me.
