2/19/2009 10:17am In the first paragraph on page 4 it says "did use the phone on this date during school hours for a text message to her Dad" It sounds like maybe the parents are divorced and the Dad got the kid a phone on his account, but that it might not be "his" phone. But that's just my interpretation.

2/19/2009 9:20am Did anyone notice in the report that the text message she sent was to her Dad? It's a bratty kid and an even more worked up mall cop. The mall cop way over reacted and the kid deserves some punishment for the lying part, but not to get arrested. What a joke.
