It's missing the cdi. I have not gotten around to getting it yet. I'm hoping a factory kne will surface soon and once I get it to where it's complete yeah I'll post one.

It was missing the carbon clutch guard. I'm working on something and I'm about there with it now.

I was curious, what's the deal with the absent choke? Was that a factory trick?

It's a sand cast factory carb. The inside is badass all hand machined for the jets and stuff.

That's killer, does that basically mean it's jetted so clean that it doesn't require a choke?

Your guess is good as mine on the jetting. They do this to get the carb closer to the intake.

I have been doing some searching for a few parts. I found this clutch lever since mine was bent. Though it would be a good fit for the bike. I am still on the hub for a billet linkage knuckle. Someone out there has one hopefully I'll find one soon.

I had this seat cover about a year and a half ago. I let it go with a deal and ended up getting back. 2000 graphics are being sorted right now. I'm pretty pumped.

Did some more digging around today on the bike. I found what appears to be S Race on the front caliper carrier and on the subframe it it says," SR -3" and I can't make out the rest it appears to be "aces" so probable races. Also the carb slide is DLC coated and the clutch actuator arm is extended.

Super cool! Are you going to tear the engine down at some point?

I ran into similar engravings on my '98 Honda of Troy Cr 125 Mike Brown bike.

MB-3 was etched everywhere. Probably stating the obvious but would SR-3 correlate to Stephane Roncada - 3

I spoke to Mike Brown's former Honda of Troy mechanic and he said the MB-3 stood for Mike Brown 3rd race bike.

I believe Brown and Roncada had the same mechanic at HOT and YOT.

Will be cool if this turns out to Roncada's 2000 Yz 125.

Few pics of Roncada's Yz 125
