This one looks pretty interesting, how about that sand section! and i see some chaos off the start and the quick turn sections after it...what say you? Cool

btw: 11 turns, most tracks have only 9

I like this layout, not sure if it will produce good racing or be follow the leader.
Guess we will see Saturday night...

Looks like a lot of short lanes with the career ender triple on the one end. I say follow the leader. I hope not.

Ya all those short lanes are gonna make passing interesting. Still most worried about them getting sorted out off the start before the bowl turn. I smell carnage.

Zacho will make up time (or maybe even extend it) in the sand sections. Stamp it.

Any of y'all know how much floor space they are working with in the new stadium? Obviously it's a football field, just curious if it has extra space or anything like that.

Sucks with all that room, only one rhythm section. One lane that goes the length of the stadium, and 4 short lanes. Lots of follow the leader.

Going to be a tough track to pass on...

After watching Arlington, I say move the first SX triple to a different part of the track, possibly at the end of the long rhythm lane. Scary to watch on the first lap with everyone so bunched up. Layout looks badass though!

Five 180 turns, long rhythm, good use of the floor, what looks like an even start. Looks good to me.

I don't see how there won't be bikes in the middle of that first section after they get pushed wide on the second 90 iafter the start.

Agree, 6 turns where it probably won't happen much...

If the real track is anything like the MX Sim version we will have a horrible race. Such a dull/boring track.

Yep.

right 90
right 90
right 90
right 90
tiny straight that will surely get 1 lined to a 180, but don't worry because even if you get a wheel inside of someone
0.2 seconds later now they are on your inside

Unless they make the long rhythm very tricky with a much faster option, the only passing will be after the whoops or the first 180 after the finish.

Does Dirt Werks design the tracks.or just build them? Whoever it is, they are trying to hard. Simple long lanes with one of them being a long whoop section would be better.

sand pits are gonna mess everyone up...I say that's gonna create a new winner on the podium.
2/16/2017 5:50am
That start looks just like last week. Not a fan of it. the top few guys get out front and check out while everyone else is stuck in a mess.

Also not a fan of the 90 to 90 start but I don't think the track looks as terrible as some think. Hopefully there's some different options in the long rhythm lame. Looks like from the sand sections to the finish line should be plenty of passing opportunities depending on how the whoops and corners shape up.

I'm probably just being optimistic because I'm going though. Wink

Terrible design, can't wait to watch follow the leader. Feld has no idea what they're doing with these track designs and how to make good racing. What gives them the idea that 90 degree turns make for good racing?
