Other forms of racing, even outdoor MX have tracks that are more or less the same from year to year.
This allows tracks to develop a personality and I think it would be good for the sport.
If there are track designs that seem to be liked by most everyone and provide good racing, why can't we keep that basic design? I started thinking about this after this years Glendale SX.
Obviously, still make tweaks and small improvements for safety or other reasons.
I know there are lots of variables, especially with the open stadiums, but why not develop and improve the tracks every year instead of starting from scratch?

However, there may be the opportunity of using what proves to be a well designed track at other cities with a similar sized track area to work with .....ie football stadium tracks vs baseball stadium tracks.
That way they'll be using a known good track design without it becoming stale for the locals in each city

there have been a lot of good tracks throughout the years, heck even just keeping the layout but changing jumps would make it nice.
reason one to do something like this is to prevent tracks like Minni from happening. to many 90 turns means no pass oppourtunities
