He is on the wild side on his starts and riding, often riding out of control and over his head in my opinion. He is fast, but seems like he will be riding the Kawasaki Mule out of the stadium soon if he does not calm down. I told my wife before the 250 main event "Forkner is going to bust his ass". He only made it a few turns and he busted his ass. I called it, but I hate to see anybody go down or get injured. Hanny ran his ass over but had no where else to go. I hope he is OK and is not hurt.

He's actually one of the most recent Rookies who doesn't ride over his head so you couldn't be more wrong. Track was rutty, he made a mistake and crashed. That does not mean he was riding over his head. Shit happens. It's racing.

I have to disagree with your "riding out of control and over his head comment", for a rookie I think he has been very smart and patient. He just made a mistake tonight. Don't forget he was on the podium already.

He crashed twice tonight on the start. I like Forkner, he should have a good future in the sport. He is a rookie and doing well for his first year. I think he has a lot of pressure on him because of all the hype about him.

Called it right before the race too. He's out of control if he's out front early and not in the line he wants. He'll be good though. AC is still better tho!

This kid is awesome. He had a rough night tonight but he will be back and landing on the podium. Give him the year, he will be a clear title contender next SX season.

He came out looking great earlier in the season but tonight was rough. The track was brutal so that for sure plays a factor. Hope this didn't knock his confidence off. I'd like to see the kid do good but I'm agriad he's going to have a rookie season like AC did. All the hype and expectations to live up to. Don't wanna see him toss it away trying to prove a point

That is my point exactly. He has good speed, but he is out of control. He is making lots of mistakes and hits the deck often. I just worry he is going to get hurt or hurt somebody else because he seems to forget the race is not won in the first few corners or laps. He won a lot as a kid with ease and expects the same results now. Only all the other riders he is racing now are just as fast or faster than him. Reminds me of AC when he was a rookie.

Do you watch the races drunk at Buffalo Wild Wings or something? That kid knows how to ride a bike and is far from "out of control." Every time somebody falls doesn't mean they're out of control, even if they fall more than once.

he was very patient coming through traffic late in the heat race. was very impressive actually.

that rhythm section he crashed in caught up alot of people.

I was thinking the same thing. This guy should try watching the races sober. Forkner isn't riding over his head at all. He's learning. And with learning comes mistakes. That doesn't mean he's riding over his head.
