I feel you are going too easy on these shit bags. Tying a rope around their nut sack would just pull off their nut sack.
Perhaps putting the rope into one eye socket and out the other?
Unfortunately this country has gotten to soft on crime.
Not sure how to change things around other then street justice.
This is a horrible tragedy and our fantasy punishments are just that, fantasies.
Is there are hope for the innocent? And no, in NJ I cannot get a gun.

So be angry at people extending their condolences? That makes absolutely no sense what so ever. I'm not pushing any religious beliefs on you what so ever. You believe what you want to believe. But coming into a thread about a young man who watched his father get murdered and spouting off because someone sent prayers? That's just stupid. Don't be angry at God or anyone else for your brothers murder. Be angry at the one who did it.

This is sickening. This is why whenever I sell a bike on cl I meet up at the local police station. The cops are cool with having the bike started and ridden around the parking lot.

Sad, senseless, inhuman, and stupid. I feel awful for the son and his family having to live the rest of their life without their father over a stupid dirt bike!

As for the criminals, give them both a fair and speedy trial, and send them straight to the death penalty.

When we as a country begin to punish people who commit crimes like this with equal or greater punishment, we will begin to see criminals think twice about their actions. Commit a murder? Death penalty. Rape someone? Castration, life no parole. Etc, etc. Grand theft? Try one to two decades in prison. Make the punishment for these crimes so outrageous, so incredible that the thought of committing these crimes is unthinkable.
Harsher penalties will not stop crimes like this. When you make harsher penalties to deter a crime you are making the assumption that the person(s) that are committing the crime are sane and rational human beings. Anybody that kills someone over a dirt bike is not sane or rational. The last thing they were thinking about was the penalty if they get caught. Some people are just total pieces of shit and no law will ever stop them.

Which is exactly why they should be promptly put down. I'm willing to bet they already have a wrap sheet a mile long. They should have been locked up before taking another persons life away. Before taking some kids Dad from him. These career criminals are let back out just to cause even more damage and destruction. And ultimately they took someone else's life away. They should be fast tracked to the needle. If there is a shred of doubt they didn't do it fine lock them up for life. But if there is undeniable proof they did it, then have trial, have the appeals and wrap up in 12 months and then let them dig their own grave and then put these animals down. Will it prevent another crime from happening? Will it prevent another life from being taken? No. But that's not the point in my opinion. You must pay for your transgressions. There must be justice for the victims. The greatest crime is robbing someone of their right to live. So if you do that, like these killers did, then the only fair punishment is they pay with their life.

We sold my sons bike on craigslist. The guy called a few times, told my wife his name was Mark Walberg. I said no way in hell this is is a legit deal. Well after weeks of him texting and calling he wore me down. I agreed to meet him. Told him that we would be in the sheriffs parking lot. Figured he would never show, shocker he did with cash and an ID that read " Mark Walberg" we laughed about it he said he had been getting shit for it since he was a kid

Don't get me wrong, I support capital punishment in cases that are open and shut like this. All I'm saying is harsher penalties on the books won't stop this type of crime. They don't value their life let alone someone else's.

Don't be afraid to lie to potential buyers to weed out potential problems. I've said things from I'm a cop to I train German Shepherds. Plan for the worst and hope for the best.

HA. Fuck no. I automatically exclude ATL and Cleveland area codes.

Then what do you suggest?

I believe they should be put to death. His son can positively ID the men. Give them the chair. An eye for an eye.

That's some logic you have there...

Somebody says something blatantly racist, which is not allowed on this board, and you chime in to defend him?

I've been to Sweden, it's a nice place, but I was born and raised in Texas, so you might want to rethink your stereotype of me.
