That was a great video, too bad its not based on current facts and going on. This was probably filmed weeks or months ago. I hope he is under the radar and shows up, but it aint looking good based on the facts we know today.

What exactly are the "facts" that we know today? So far, nobody knows anything. We do know that there has been no word from James or his camp regarding him racing or retiring...no word/facts at all. Do you know something nobody else here knows? You been creeping the Stewart compound?

The facts are:

We dont know anything and all the seats are spoken for and the music has stopped playing.

So based on the facts as we know them, he is not racing this year. Mookie said he will be there in a van if he has to. Deano is riding and training on a Yamaha and Yamaha has said they are trying to work something out.

Last year Chad had no deal right up to A1, but he clearly made it known he was riding, training and going to be at A1 on a Yamaha. My point being that video was shot a while ago, and here we are 15 days out and still no news. So whatever that video portrays is dated and it doesnt matter how many videos or posts you see him saying he wants to ride, and isnt done yet...until he announces a deal or shows up at the line on A1, its a fair assumption to say he is not racing SX this year. I am the biggest JS7 fan, but he doesnt want to clue us in for whatever reason. We just have to sit and wait.

Ditto...for the most part. The guy hates losing just like RC used to hate it, and every other true competitor hates it. And, like he said in the video..."I AM James Stewart!". For him to go out and just "settle" for 5-10 position at every race in a season would be worse than announcing a full retirement. But, I could see James having something with Suzuki arranged for a "farewell" season, doing 4-5 of his "favorite" SX venues and making 2017 his last year. If you think about it that way, having to show up at A1 isn't a deal.

You are really reaching to try to prove your argument. Why dont you walk up to Chad and tell him he isnt ever winning a title again to his face? Or to the people wrenching his bike and paying his salary? Sure theres a chance he might show up later, but that would probably be a farewell tour, and that has yet to be announced, so we have nothing, which gives us all the right to speculate, some speculate better than others with rationale based on history and facts rather than personal desires.
