the black part of the radiator shroud needs to be red. Other than that the bike is tits

I think it's black so that your pants don't mark up the red or white area like the 13-16's.

What I don't like is the CRF written across the top of the shroud, I don't have a suggestion of what to replace it with though..

I can see a set of handle bars getting caught up in that header pipe. Why so big? Looks like a trouble area that can be avoided.

I don't understand why he has a 1. Didn't millsaps win it last year, or am I spacing out on a year? I was working in the middle of the Rockies last October with no internet, so it's possible I got my years mixed up.
