Why do MXGP fans in Europe always feel like the U.S. magazines should report more on their events? If there was enough demand for it, it would happen. I guarantee if the MXGP articles were very popular, there would be more of them. Don't see us complaining that Geoff isn't writing enough articles about how awesome AMA races are. I get a kick out of people saying the riders are being forced to go to the one off races. If the riders don't want to go why sign contracts with companies that are going to require them to go? Before they sign the contract it should be put in writing that they will not attend these one off races. They go to these races because their employer wants them to go.

The riders can always choose where and who they work for. Of course their options for high dollar rides may be limited if they truly don't want to race the one off races.
