Yz125, Kx100, Yz 85, CRf 150r. Am I missing something?? My reasoning is based on pure power. Especially with the same rider on all 4. Off the box, dump the clutch, grab gears and never let go of the throttle. Done deal

I know some of you will be able to figure out who this is just with these three posts. I have no idea aside from knowing the IP is not unknown to the fine staff here. So?

Sorry to hijack the thread, but I was wondering if someone could tell me what would win in a drag race between equal riders: YZ450F or YZ250F?

I'd say the 150 beating the 100 is a possibility. Larger displacement should let it creep away slowly if the race is long enough. However the two stroke vs 4 stroke thing makes it hard to know.

KX100 will blow the doors off a CRF150R according to everything I've ever heard about them.

Well we have 3 or the 4 bikes here in our fleet. The CRF150R is stock. We have a KX105 that it is very similar, the 150 will out pull it on the bottom end for sure, vary similar other than that....
We have a KX109 built by Bobby Barr that blows the doors off any 150 we ever ran against... This 109 will out run a stock YZ125... I sold his stock 125 but still have a Bobby Barr built YZ144 that is simply nasty...

Safety first, because if you're going to be jumping that high, you need supplemental oxygen.

I was joking about the dirt or pavement...

If all stock, I'd guess that in an 1/8 mile, YZ125, KX100, CRF150R, YZ85.....
