Typically, 1st place is the person that crosses the finish line first. More often than not, 1st place is one place higher than 2nd, 2 places higher than 3rd, so-on and so-on. Hopefully this clears it up.

You're thinking of Alex Hodges if I'm not mistaken. And yes the c class at Loretta's is a joke. I watched a local kid back in the day stomp most of the competition there and basically run pro the next year.

Thats just the way it is mang.

You are mistaken

@ Colin- you can go to as many qualifiers as you want but have to go to the regional in the area you qualified in. Which I see a ton of people who don't make it through the regional in the area the qualified but go to other regionals and make it to the national. So kinda confused on that rule as well. Hoping dc can chime in on that

It must be a mistake because that same rider from the same town raced the A class last year

They must have mixed some names up somewhere, he wasn't listed anywhere on the ama site for results in that class

If I remember the rules correctly, you can race any qualifier you want to and as many as you want. They limit you to qualifying for 2 classes.

Perhaps he's staying at one of those training facilities in Texas and it's the closest one. Or it's just first on the schedule.

Its a mistake on the scorers end, but if we're talking C class speed. It's not far-fetched. This is going to be my last year year racing C class. Been there 7 years (Skipping years of racing even riding) I've won a total of 5 local Motos. One of which was because everyone wrecked.

Sandbagging is a trend these days. Especially the kids living at training facilities

They crowned some Guy King Of The Classic that swept every MOTO in C at the Vurb Classic here at Silver Dollar last year (20 second leads).. So the AMA apparently doesn't care either.

Axel hodge is embarrassing himself if that's real. Had to run away from California and race C class to top the results. Pathetic.

Dont start with that man.

I think we have come to the conclusion it was a scoring related error.
