That's what everyone said when the sandman came the Americas sand box. I think it was in 2004 and he got like 10th. They claimed he was the fastest man to ride sand. I will give it to Herlings though he is a badass. I just would not go as far as saying Webb needs to find another gear. This comment was in no way aimed to become an American vs Euro.
