There's a possibility the contractwas for the 2015 calendar year that ended 12/31. Possible that AC decided to go another route due to whatever reason. More power to him if he thought he was better off starting somewhere else. A change of scenery can be a great thing.

Well maybe he just did not want to participate in some of the behind the scenes/ in the motorhome activities.

Maybe it was money

Maybe they were not on the same page as to the amount of working out

Pretty sure AC is talented enough and has the right people around him that he will succeed

Maybe deep down Baker stopped believing the hype.. If it was a dollar thing but you really believed this kid was the next RC (and who better than Aldon to know something like that) you'd give him a little discount knowing that a couple years time he would be raking in the dollars..

It's not hype. The race winning speed is there he just has to stay healthy.
The same could be said for over half the guys on the gate. There's no denying that there has been a lot of hype around AC for a long time.

Adam left the Baker's factory? It's about time!

It's time to get back to enjoying to racel. I'm talking about 80's SX or better yet, the McGrath era.

I'm tired of this RC era of trainers and groups of blood suckers tagging on for the ride. Let's get back to a day when racers enjoyed racing. What do I mean? I mean this. Is there one rider within the top 40 that would ride on an off weekend, just because they thought it might be fun? Of course not. Over Training ruined the sport.

Even at the top level, moto should be fun. RC quit at 26. RV cut out early too.

It's the Baker factory that's ruining the sport.

P.S. If someone says you have to be fit to win, does that mean our racers will be couch potatoes? Probably not.

Motocross riders are "world class" athletes racing for titles that will reward them millions of dollars over a life time (riders who win titles and contend). Furthermore, RC started racing pro at 16 years old. He had a 10 year career in on of the most mentally, physically challenging sports in the world. That is a long time in Futball, boxing and football. These riders are free to leave at anytime. He did not ruin the sport. He gave a rider a like RC a competitive advantage and other riders decided to do the same to compete. I love the direction of the sport. You want a pussification sport, please see baseball or chess.

Dunge tends think he gives him advantage. I would say, RC, RV, and RD5 would have a tad more knowledge in moto and the tools needed to win titles than you. Am I wrong?

Maybe Baker has finally priced himself too high. Maybe AC learned what he needed to learn from him and maybe wants to freshen things up a bit. It does seem like weird timing right before the season is starting. Something probably happened between them i'm guessing.
Thank you... learn it... then just do it...

Cooper and Jeremy Martin seem to do just fine without Aldon in their corner. AC I think will, too. If anything is needed, I am sure John Tomac can assist, now.

the only thing i would have done differently is that i would have gotten myself a new trainer before I part ways with the current one. he is only a couple weeks away from his first race back.

How do you know? Aldon took RC and RV and got them into shape. They may have still won, but I doubt they would have been as dominate without Aldon. JS7 is just a freak who is fast and in shape with or without a trainer. Working with Aldon payed off for RC, RV, and RD.

I guess I don't get why people are jumping on Aldon when it's the riders who are hiring him. It would seem the riders know better than you about Aldon's value on the marketplace.

I hope they know what they are doing. Aldon is proven that he can take the A+ riders to the absolute top.

I got upset when Roczen parted ways with Aldon, i still think to this day that it was a mistake but the deal with Adam is a bit different.

I feel like people have forgot who AC is/was. The guy was going to kill every single competitor like he had done as an "amateur"(I hate that word). He is young, and there is still time but it's pretty obvious that the expectations are way lower than 1-3 years ago. So changing the program might be a good thing, who knows.

Come out to California after a good rain and I will show you National Number 1-40 and 41-999 riding in the hills during the week and on off weekends. I tried to find the instagram post of K-Roc looping out off that big wall jump in Ritchie Canyon.

Don't they do all the important stuff pre-season?

for the next 8 months he is simply maintaining.

that and he should have learnt all he needs - its all about training to your bodies peak and not beyond. now all he needs is someone to keep him motivated.

AC is probably still with Baker. It is all under the table stuff. AC is going to get big and strong very quick and baker does not want his name tarnished any more than what it is. Sometimes too much success can damage a trainers reputation. ie Michele Ferrari.
