I know, not really Moto, but still really cool.
David is still one of my very closest friends and is enjoying life. That's what it's all about.
I was only 15 at the time and I was so disappointed, as I really looked up to him back then. His redemption at the US Open was awesome, and today he is one of my favourite riders of all time. Awesome style, awesome bikes and gear, and he fought through his stuttering to become a commentator on national TV. Also the only one to beat MC for championships while The King was still in his prime.
My point is that Dungey would have to be busted for drugs this season for it to be comparable - it was that big!
MC to Zook was huge, but so was RC from Honda to Suzuki.
Henry´s win on the YZM400 was huge too!

2). Emig busted in Havasu- fired from Kawi.
3). Bradshaw retiring early after signing the biggest contract in SX history.
4). MC to Zook just before SX season.
5). Daryl Hurley wins SX Main.
Decoster to KTM.
Bradshaw retirement.
Pit Row
In my opinion, his return to the sport was much bigger than the retirement.....or maybe it was to me.
