Coop vs Adam in the west?

Edited Date/Time 12/11/2015 11:10am
Anyone know if coop and Adam are racing the west? When is the last day to sign up for the west? One month away and no news

Mitch usually waits till the Friday before the opener to announce his riders for each coast.

Usually Mitch signs all his riders up for the West, then the 2 or 3 riders racing east dont suit up and thats when the rest of us know.

If I were to speculate I'd say coop hands down.

First off Adam is a great rider but coop is more confident and aggressive. Coop also has more healthy and "race speed" seat time considering the 2015 seasons.

I could be wrong. I like Adam but I think Cooper wins if it ends up with them being on the same coast.

Coop vs. Adam... don't see a "vs" yet... I agree, but things change, but so does time... Mitch got others wanting
that ride that are still on minis...

I like Ruts theory here. Cooper has been hauling ass for almost a year straight while AC has been on the mend. AC will probably challenge some but with all of Coop's 450 time his strength and confidence has to be off the charts.

Cooper is the man.

AC just needs to race safe, stay healthy and see where he ends up at the end of the series. He should take a win if the win is there or just finish safely up front imo.

Yep. I don't want to take anything away from Adam, because the dude has skill and speed but like I said, I think it would be coops to lose. If all things were even going in could Adam win a couple against coop? Yep. Adam could probably beat Coop straight up here and there. That experience and confidence is huge for Cooper right now though.

It's gonna get real interesting when, if all things hold up and people stay healthy... We get this 450 field.

Barcia, Dungey, Tomac and Anderson as the vets of the class. I'm sorry to say I don't think Reedy or Bubba will stick around much longer... Maybe Bubba will if he does well this coming season. Maybe Weston and Seely will become a real contender. Canard would be great too, as long as he doesn't kill himself in the near future.

Then add in Webb, Martin, Cian, Forkner, Moose Can post 450 rookie year.

I'm gonna channel Ralph... It will be the deepest field EVER. Should make for some interesting and exciting racing.

Coop is the real deal.
Yet barely squeaks a win over old man Reed, where Reed reeled him in? Is coop is the deal why hasn't he won a national championship yet?

He should fear a healthy ac indoors...

Anyone should fear a healthy AC, but everyone will fear a healthy CW. I doubt CW was running full blast on a race that doesn't matter in an area he isn't familiar or all that comfortable with.

i think AC needs to be fearing his shoulders...how many times since he went pro have "they" let him down....
shoulders are NOT a good thing to injure...and is more of something to take very serious

So Reed wins an arena cross race down under and he is back in business. I'll take Webb against anyone.

Old man or not, Reed is one of the all time greats. I would put money on Webb winning outdoors too if he is healthy.

Give Webb some time.
Reed has vet experience and that pressure back there is tough.
Webb held on though. It could have gotten nasty between the two.

Alot lesser guy would have made a mistake and Reed would have squeeked by clean.

Reed reeled him in on a 30 second lap time track but still didn't win. Coop has hung with the current MXGP champ after about 2-3 weeks on a 450. Kid has been around the world in recent months racing non-stop. Webb may not have a national championship yet, but at least he's finished a season.

They said that Adam had a genetical issue with his shoulders, and the socket not being developed properly. The first surgery cured one side, and now the second surgery has cured the other.

Pulp, take that for what you will. I tend to believe Steve when it comes to Adam considering they actually speak to one another on a decent basis.

I really like AC.... but Webb is in full beast mode right now. I think he definitely has the momentum coming into the season. I thought Webb was racing East?

Last couple SX races I went to just to see AC. He hurt himself in Toronto and was hurt at couple others I attended.

I'll hit every east coast round 800 miles any direction from Columbus Ohio to see ACXX vs CW1 vs TB911

yes, absolutely. the kid with the regional supercross title and numerous national wins under his belt should fear the kid with no national wins, and zero completed seasons. Here's your Vitard membership card.
