Wasn't the JGR team running the Monster Claw on their helmets during the Nationals? Might have been just Barcia.

Monster was a personal sponsor for Barcia in 2015. But they're transitioning to a team sponsor for 2016. I'm not sure if Phil and Peick will have to wear Monster lids though... Peick didn't at MEC when the bikes had Monster claws on them.

Time to refresh the black lids. Red Bull lids have aged better, imo.

Could this be a path forward for Chad and Filthy to share a second semi? (Chad for SX and Phil for MX) with MON$TER paying the freight?

Whats wrong with Filthy running SX?
His crashes and stories are Epic.
He did a GREAT job on the Post race show with Matthes. Excellent co host.
He needs a full time ride just for the entertainment of it.

Barcia will have the helmet and personal deal like he had last year. Team will have Monster on the truck, the bikes, and the team hats. Weston and Phil will have their helmets like they did last year. Don't shoot me, I'm just the hot dog guy.

I'd guess the budget.

But, yeah, it'd be great to see Philthy get a real shot at a year. He's real close to running the pace and staying on the track.
