I agree with you. If she was looking for a new career, she shot herself in her foot by being so public about it. I can't imagine she wouldn't have thought Feld might not be appreciative of it since the opportunities they have given her have basically made her what she is today. Without the facetime Feld has given her, she would never have been any more than a hot Monster girl/model that faded into obscurity in a couple of years.

As a restaurant owner, that's just good practice. Especially when she is the face of the business.

Like a good personality?

All opinions on her ego aside, she does a great job in front of the camera, knows her way around the sport very well and is horrendously gorgeous (see above photos for evidence). That pretty much checks all the boxes for an ideal Miss SX.
