Did any info come out about why Roczen slowed in moto 1?

He didn't seem to be in pain in that video showing the water standing in his pit

There was a post earlier saying he's battling a stomach bug or some other sickness this week. Also said he was unsure if he would make the second Moto. I'm sure Ricky never questioned whether he was going to make it though.
