As previously stated, all facts were founded by browsing vital. It's pretty clear there are multiple issues here. Mr. Henry either got out of his van to urinate, stayed in his van to urinate with the door open, or made sexually and explicit comments and gestures by removing his pants and fondling himself in the presence of two women. Either way, I'm going forward with charging him with public indecency. He will be required to register as a sex offender and the act took place within 1000 feet of a school. So he's also required to register as a child sex offender. These are the facts of vital and I will move forward to submit such forum documents into evidence.

Also, excuse my language, but fuck the police. I'm charging the arresting officer with unjustly arresting Mr. Henry. I'm also charging him with assault. Only because I can. Ah to hell with it, I'm charging the officer with sexual assault too since this involves an individual's womb broom. And that's that. No compromising or plea deals for either party.

Trying to take a Piss, can get you a Public Urination. I was charged with it for getting caught pissing behind a dumpster outside a packed bar. It's considered a petty crime.

Doug was charged with "Public Indecency"

Indecent exposure sometimes refers to exhibitionism or to public nudity and does not require a sexual act to be performed. If sexual acts are performed, with or without an element of nudity, this can be considered public indecency, which may be a more serious criminal offence.

I hope things work out for him. Even if it's a Misdemeanor, Doug would have to register as a sex offender if found guilty.

As much as you would like to be the judge, jury, and executioner in this case, we have an established protocol in this country's legal system. Please confine your argument to the submission of internet defense atty. Mr. rcannon (see above). Ultimate guilt or innocence will be decided by his eminency, neverwasfatenuf, who is desirous that this matter proceed according to traditional form and custom. Plus, he might be holding his breath, so expediency is imperative.

Too many pages to read already, but I'm wondering if this may somehow have been a situation where he was having to replace a catheter and it was it was misinterpreted. I could see him "admitting" to exposing himself under such a circumstance, but if his catch had become dislodged it'd be reasonable to deal with it as immediately as possible. At that point it should be treated similarly to a woman breastfeeding in public.

I'm hoping that this was a misunderstanding, but if it was actually an intentional act simply to expose himself, then he should be treated just like anyone else......

Pretty sadden to hear that; not about what he may have done or the charges related by the girls (was it harmfull?? kids?? no!) that by the way may do that for the money, but I feel sad more because, if he may have done that, it might be because he is really down. I knew about his accidents, didnt about his wife, and just hope he did not lost everything for the house...

Based on what he was and how he was, I hope his financial situation is still ok or it would be GREAT if the industry could give him a bit of help to get back on track. You know, Beirer or Payton are suffering from their accident, but financially they are doing good, I hope Henry doesnt end like Magoo ...

Having spent six months of my life in a spinal cord injury rehab center I know a thing or two about the need to catheter yourself. Lucky for me I made it past that stage!! My guess is that he started to feel the symptoms of "disreflexia" that's what tells a paralyzed guy that he needs to piss and sometimes it comes on fast. Maybe Doug was catheter himself in a bad spot?? If that turns out to be the case then shame on those chics

Even last year at the Muddy Creek national I happened to glance over at a quadriplegic guy as I was walking past in the middle of the crowd getting help with a catheter from what looked like a buddy. I can maybe understand from an uneducated persons point of view that may have looked sus I guess.

Its really sad how the media did their article and now everyones making their own assumptions. Really sad too that even if the truth did come out later it will probably for the most part not even make the message boards. There wont be a news article clearing his name that's for sure.

condition "Paralysis" before issuing that charge.

The media reports arrest records from police reports in their area. For the French dude that would like to contact Doug, his
home address is on the police report. Just another part of getting arrested when you're semi famous that sucks.
