My impressions of MXGP Argentina

4 Based on this race, we are in for a great season of close racing.

Looked like the racers like the cultural aspects too. Hope RV is documenting his global crusade for world domination.

Epic year to be a MX fan. I have been calling for Desalle to win the title for a couple of years but injuries have kept him from his potential until now. I will forever be a RV fan for signing up for MXGP. He didn't do it because he was out of options either..........this battle is truly one for the ages.

I hope we can get the attention of the stick and ball types for a couple of seconds along the way because RVs story is a great story of patriotism. And who doesn't like that?

I couldn't agree more....Ryan has taken on a difficult job, and I'm sure he never thought it would be a walk in the park.

Agree with those points. Some things I took from this GP.
1. The Argentinians really love their bike racing
2. Desalle is really up for this title fight
3. Nagl is a force this season
4. Cairoli is taking the same approach as always
5. RV is a contender but has a bit of work to do

The track was awesome and one of the widest tracks I've ever seen with line choices everywhere. If they lock this race in and it gets 10 years of history behind it, I can see it being ranked right up there with the best tracks in the world.

Awesome track! And yes, those GP guys sure are fast. Nagl looked amazing that second moto. RV is doing great and I believe will only get better. This season will go down as one of the greatest.

Great race right from the qualifying races to the motos. Track was awesome, and whether he wins or not, can't we agree that RV's participation has cranked up the intensity of these dudes? The top 5 were bad dudes this weekend. Love it.

It's nothing against RV to say that, it was always going to be difficult to come over and crack GP racing straight away. You're always going to need time to adapt, no matter how good you are. But guys like Cairoli, Desalle and Nagl etc. don't give you that time

11. RV's suspension is still way too stiff, especially in the first moto. Front forks are reflecting rear is so soft. Bike looks maybe way choppered out.

Yep, he has 3 major problems in my opinion that RV has made for himself. 1.) Fitness-He does not look lean and mean like under Aldon and looks to be slacking. 2.) Looked like he was losing time yesterday by squaring off corners instead of keeping his speed up and flowing through them. I've never held a Pro license so maybe I should STFU but that's how it looked to me.

They signs a contract for 3 years. And i talk with covington and he told me was the best travk he rode so far in the year. He said it was as a USA track big jumps and fast
