Yeah, the lap rv pulled in to have his clickers adjusted.
Nope, not what I heard. I'm not going into it anymore

I love the daisy chain rider comparisons that the GP fans use all the time....Tortelli beat Windham at Glen Helen in 99, and Windham beat Langston at Unadilla in 2004, and Langston beat Reed at Hangtown who beat Stewart several times in supercross, and Stewart lost to Carmichael who lost to Villopoto at the buds creek MXdN who got beat by Desalle in Quatar, and Desalle always gets beat by Cairoli...so of course Herlings is the fastest rider in the entire world and could beat Dungey in a supercross race because Dungey has beat Villopoto in Supercross before.

LOL That's basically what you are doing there.
And people saying that RV must be able to get on the podium there because Barcia did isn't?

Yeah, only the GP fans do that.

Considering they have raced the same series numerous times?

Logic and facts aren't highly regarded in your area eh?

All I know is that Tanner hardly ever posts or answer questions on social media, so if RV just got completely smoked out there today by Herlings I really doubt that he woulda posted what he did. Now even though their best lap times were the same, I still have to assume that Jeffrey was still probably faster as he is probably the best rider in the world around Lommel. But for RV to be that close on his 3rd day on the track, I think he's gonna be alright.

So what? It's still the same thing.

It's the same as the guys who were saying that Herlings wouldn't win at Unadilla last year when he'd planned to go over, because Roczen used to beat him, and he didn't win straight away in the US

Why would I do that? I trust my sources, nothing I could hear about 1 day of practice at Lommel could ever make me think that RV would be the same speed as Herlings on Aug 2nd

It's probably a lot more feasible to assume that someone who podiumed at Lommel but couldn't hold RV's jock is a better comparison than the kilometre long circle jerk to get to the assumption that RV will somehow suck there.

daamn man, to be honest he´s looking slow on that track, im a 100% fan of rv, but that worries me

Irrelevant. Here are facts: rv is undefeated in mx championships, rv can match anyone on any given day on any given track, rv is a tactical champion, and he strives when he's doubted.

He is going to make you look dumb. Will he win? Possibly not. To talk down on his abilities like you have and make claims that hold no water is just unnecessary. You bring nothing valuable to a thread beyond the humor we all will find once rv shuts you up. Keep digging the hole bud.

See how easy it is to read through your obvious bias. Your agenda is crystal clear to us, give it a rest.

I never talked down RV's ability, I just came on here and posted what I had heard. Exactly the same as what Ripper has done today. The only reason you have a problem with it is because what I heard didn't look as favourably on RV

This proves exactly what? Just because Herlings is ahead of RV in this snapshot doesn't indicate shit. Do we know they entered the track at the same exact time and started a heater together side by side? Was Herlings pulling away? Was RV catching up? This picture only tells me that the two were on the track at the same time. Anything beyond is pure speculation.

Beating your chest to some bs claim that has zero credibility is chickenshit. Even in your Twitter link, it says 1 a lap for sure. Definitely a sound record of what times were if I heard one. Additionally, Marc is even stomping on that clown too.

Whatever, keep dreaming that rv can't ride in the sand. Time will tell, and I bet you'll be the one with the problem.

You want another fact? No one is faster than Herlings when it comes to riding in the sand. Not RV, not AC. You are talking about Herlings, the guy who crashed in the first corner and then passed Barcia for second 11-12 minutes in to the race and the guy who won in Lierop by 2 minutes lapping everybody except van horebeek.

He might be able to get a top 5 or even top 3 in Lommel but I really doubt he will beat AC, He's pretty damn fast in the sand too. With that said I don't think Cairoli would stand a chance again Herlings unless he has a first turn crash...

If you want to see Herlings teaching everybody a lesson watch this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NXWJk0N8UbU

But you know what. Maybe we all should stop argue about this shit and just enjoy Ryan taking on the GP boys.

I guess I'm still trying to figure out what the fuss is all about.

1. RV and JH are not racing the same class this year.

2. Even if they were, this was not a race of any kind.

3. Herlings is known for his prowess in the sand, so it would surprise me at all if he was faster there, especially considering the amount of time he has ridden on that particular track.

As a huge fan of RV, none of this bothers me at all. The man just won the overall in his 2nd GP ever, coming off a major knee surgery, with a new team, on a new continent/all new tracks.

I think he is doing just fine, regardless of what was or wasn't done at Lommel the other day. Maybe more than fine.

Yeah Barcia did get on the podium there and hasn't got close to RV outdoors but Dungey does and got 9th, so maybe Barcia is really good in the sand and would dominate a US race if it was sand.. I dunno

but I do know comparing years and races never tells the story.. I also know that this whole RV to GPs thing fucken rules
