I was tired of all the bad links and lack of informaton.... so I did some digging into police reports from that night to find out what happened (according to the Fulton County Sheriff). Here what I found.

Police talked to both parties. Along w witnesses. It was determined that the guy was full.of crap and asked not to come back

That's the real story, and the truth.

So if you guys could stop the gossip and bashing it would be great. Nick is a good kid who is doing it on his own training hard and doing the best he can. He doesn't need these blatant lies out there bashing his name and brand. He has dedicated his life to get to where he is at now, and it would be a shame if a blatant lie like this did anything to jeopardize it.
