This would all be over if John Gallagher came out and apologized and fixed his program. Then this would all go away and they could all race as they were.

Yeah that would cure everything. Obviously all John Gallagher's fault.

I have not gone back to study it but when I first saw ET's pass on Reed it looked like ET's front wheel started to slide out / push up the bank just as he got really close to Reed. He didn't want to low-side and grabbed a handful to save it ... which made his contact with Reed look that much worse. I had assumed he would've said "Didn't mean it, was trying to save it" or something like that after the race. I didn't even know about all the payback crap going on.

Somebody slo-mo it and watch ET's front tire loose grip and then he pins it.

Anyway, no one wants to be on the receiving end of that. Yeah, there was no injury but there's just no way to make falling down the bank look graceful. I'd be pissed as well.

Holy shite all you Reed haters should get a new hobby. That's twice he's been parked from behind when he was in a decent position. He was pissed off ( for good reason ) and because he vents some you guys wet your shorts? You guys never would have survived the Buckwheat era.

That's a fact, Hannah "verbally abused" riders more than that before the gate even dropped!

I wonder what Team Honda is thinking right now. If you add Trey's bonehead move with all of Tomac's you come up with a lot of lost championship points. Kind of a bummer when they are spending all that money only to watch it evaporate because of bad decision making on the racetrack.

3 main event wins combined and 3rd, 4th and 6th in points. I think Honda is damn well pleased right now as compared to what Kawasaki and Yamaha is throwing out there.

4 pages of this stuff? I think it's really funny that some of you can't see the difference between a racing move and Reed's non racing move on TC41. Any time there is contact with Reed, a black flag needs to be thrown. And I am actually like Reed. Oh well. On to the next thread.

Maybe Chad needs to get out of the way when the fast guys are coming through. Lately, he is being treated like a handsome young buck new to the penal system. He has transitioned from the giver to the receiver.

Maybe Chad should start pulling holey's and winning. Then he wouldn't have to worry about Eli would he?

DV nails it....

4- Tomac got Reed pretty good as they carried their San Diego "feud" over into Dallas--what you think about the pass and this drama?

I think I missed something about the "feud" somewhere. The only thing I saw was the block pass attempt by Tomac on Reed in San Diego that didn't work out so well for Eli and I saw the aggressive move Tomac put on Chad in Dallas. Then, everyone talks about retaliation and feud. I don't follow enough people on Twitter to get in all the SX drama between riders, wives and girlfriends... The two incidents I saw weren't that bad actually. In SD, Eli was too late to make it stick and crashed. Then, I don't know what happened. In Dallas, Tomac took Reed high and Chad's front wheel went between the top of the bowl turn and the tuff blocks resulting in a crash. That's a text book pass like we've seen a million times in the history of Supercross. But again, that's all I know about. I don't think Reed nor Tomac should really get into it about this stuff. They have bigger fish to fry. Chad needs to find some speed somewhere to become a contender again and Eli needs to figure out how not to start like his team manager Larocco...

Regardless if you agree or not, it's obvious at this point Eli doesn't need to be caught up in any cat and mouse games.

I don't have a problem with the pass at Dallas at all, but in both cases, Dallas and SD, Eli's move weren't big picture smart. As Reed said, he's going for a title and needs to make up points, not force passes that end up with him on the ground or have someone with nothing to lose in a mood to do him wrong.

It'd have been smarter to take Trey's road, clean pass, no reason for any problem and talk after the race.

I don't disagree that Eli needed to focus on moving forward and not banging bars, but why does everyone keep saying reed has nothing to lose? I'd argue that as a team owner he had more to lose than anyone else on the track.

Nothing to lose, yeah ok, but I doubt Discount Tyre is upset about what's gone on, in fact I'd be surprised if they think anything else than their guy has been hard done by with the black flag... Assuming it's nothing more like that and any associated controversy, I doubt they'd care if their guy is involved in some banging.

Eli is going after the Championship though, and frankly needs some help. Definitely doesn't need... not-help? ha

Look, I absolutely agree that Tomac needs to concentrate on winning, 100% agree...BUT my post was about the fact that some need Tpmac to Apologise to Reed, no he does not, that was the reasoning behind my comments. So he doesnt need to apologise to Reed just needs to win !!!!

Last sentence of my post you quoted... If he apologises and smooths it out like Trey did, Chad has no issue, just like he said after A2 and Oakland.... After Dallas, Eli did what he did, Chad apparently has an issue. That's why...

Have to? No, but smarter to... Yes

you are missing the point...Eli had one bad race and now two mediocre races, one more bad race and he is OUT of it. Sure 38 points isn't picture perfect, but Eli has the speed and with the depth of this field he could overcome that deficit.

If Eli were smart he would just talk to Chad about it, like Trey did a week later, and move on. Also, if Eli sees Chad on the track the next couple weeks, make sure you make a clean pass and try to avoid contact if possible. I don't think Eli's moves were bad at all either, but apparently Chad disagrees. Right or wrong, Eli should just try to end this civilly and not try to give #22 an incentive to put him on the ground the next 9(?) weeks.
