Reed will come out on the the short end if this takeout war with Tomac continues. Eli needs to forget about playing tag and concentrate on his starts. The kid has the speed to win races but if he can't start with Roczen, Dungey and Canard he kind of panics and implodes. He will figure it out eventually and I'm sure he will win another on before the season is through.
Maybe not. Why is Tomac focused on Reed, who is 8th in points? Seems Eli is already on the short end of the conflict. Look at results from SD and Dallas where Eli was busy dealing with Chad.

All the other guys are probably just fed up with listening to Reed whine and complain about absolutely everything. Come to think of it, he'd fit in great around here. Reed and Tomac are 2 completely different personalities. Reed complains constantly when things don't go his way, has issues with everything that is moto, and honestly just loves to hear himself talk. Eli rarely complains, seems to love the sport, and is the silent down to earth type.

How do you know how much Tomac complains?
How do I know how much Tomac complains in public? Well, let's see. Mainly because I follow the sport. It's much more seldom Tomac is complaining than reed. I don't know them personally, but I have every right to judge them with what they present in the public eye.

Read Tomac's latest interview, read what he complains about.

If I was Reed after the black flag incident I would be riding even more aggressive and every pass would be on the replays and highlights from the race, everybody else does it, he has nothing to loose now anyway due to a bad call that should have been dealt with after the race was over. He should also fund J-Law as a privateer for even more fun and excitement!!! AMA & FIM are so clueless. Our sport needs change, Bob Hannah should be in charge of any rough riding decisions, longer races with more laps, increased lap times over a minute and bring back the 125cc 2-stroke class and let 250cc 2-strokes race in the 250F class.

you are both assuming Eli's #1 focus is Reed, or certainly implying it...I see nothing in Eli's interview that says he wants Reed taken out...in fact if anything he shrugs it off, like its no big deal....its everyone here that is making it a big deal

Reed will have to ! He certain cannot ride fast enough to stay in front of him on the track.

And you don't judge anyone you don't know personally. I guess you're just not human. All hail the great torop, who has no judgement at all. Wait..... are you Jesus? Am I responding to the great lord and savior Jesus christ???? Please sir, forgive me for judging. I am not worthy.

You're right. I'm an idiot because I have the opinion that reed complains more than Tomac. I never said I dislike reed. I actually root for reed to do well. My statement was my opinion and observation. Sorry, I forgot that people who have differing opinions are retarded.

I don't see Reed getting a chance to take Tomac out in a race, Chad would have to be faster than Eli at some point, and that point has passed Chad by. Eli had it in mind to rough Chad up next time he had an opportunity, like many guys out there. It wasn't that bad and less than what Chad deserves, on the whole. Maybe he can target Eli while he's picking his bike up off the ground or fixing his goggles after a crash. Chad is a great rider and has had a fantastic career but he isn't the racer he was and isn't improving his legacy at this point.

I hope the whole field minus Cole Seely takes themselves out and Cole cruises for the victory!

I think the lesson to learn from all this BF deal is:

When you see payback coming, grab a tearoff on your way to the floor and get the other guy black flagged Smile

If you and all the rest cannot see the difference between going way outside the racing line specifically to hit someone, and a racing pass with contact - you're in the wrong sport.

The gives him the bird over the finish line jump...
And I would prefer that ET parks him again and when they interview him after the race he says, 'Einstein should have stayed out of my way.'

DUDE!!..... it wasnt Tomac that took Reed out.....it was that dumbass pass that took him out
2/16/2015 7:45am
The difference to me is that Tomac gained a position. Well, momentarily anyway. When Reed hit Canard, he actually lost a position to Seely. I say if it's for position then it's fair play. If you're willing to give up positions to hit a guy, then that's just dirty riding. I think that's the difference between Tomac/Reed, Bowers/Webb, etc vs the Reed/Canard deal. All my opinion BTW.
