How do you think Martin will do in Sx? Title contender? Top 5? Or a win or two but not a title contender

Title contender. He should be right in the mix with Musquin, Bogle, and Davalos.

Let's get through the first two rounds, then revisit this. (He didn't qualify for the main in either of the first two last season.)

Kind of what I was thinking.

Martin shocked the hell out of me in MX this year and I'll be curious how that success translates to SX.

I'm gonna have to see his first round, He couldn't slap his ass with both hands in SX lsat year.

Went on to win a race...then killed it outdoors. He is definitely a title contender!

Should be about as good as Webb is, but Musquin and Bogle will be hard to beat.

I'm expecting it to be between Musquin and Martin. I don't think Bogle can run with those two if they're both healthy and on it.

Some of you guys can only remember the negative things in riders. Sure he struggled in the first 3 rounds, after that he was a top 10 rider and had great finishes, for a rookie, the last 5 out of 6 races. Thats top ten before the heavy hitters started dropping like flies, and once the PC team wiped themselves out he got a second and a first place finish. Then the MX championship...yes he will be a title threat, if not the favorite IMHO.

I'm really looking forward to the east coast. I'll be on the edge of my seat in dallas. I think martin will definitely have a great year. I think I still might give the edge to Musquin just because he's so damn smooth. But hey, that's why they run the races, right?

I think after the year that kid just put in.......he has probably beaten about 50 bikes into submission from SX practice. I think we'll see a whole other JM6 out there this year. Kid has a huge heart and is full of determination. With good starts....I see him being tough to beat.

BUT.....I also said that about DM18 on his new Kawi's........and I have no idea what the hell is happening there?

Jeremy will be top 3. I'd put my money on Marvin for the the championship.

Personally think that Musquin is the favourite for the SX title. He's proved he's fast enough to win and is probably a little unlucky not to have an SX title already. I think Martin will be up there, I'm just not sure his style suits MX quite as much as SX. Definitely one of the favourites for Outdoors, but i don't think he'll win the SX title

Didn't he win the vegas main last year?

I'm picking Mushy but Martin will be up there.

He won Vegas last year, and dominated outdoors, he's a different dude from last year this time, he's on top don't see him slipping much from there, solid bike and solid program!

Nope there were just no fast riders let. He will struggle to consistently be on the podium.

We're talking about Supercross, not Outdoors. I think Bogle can beat Martin indoors, but not outdoors.

I don't think the East is as stacked as the West this year, so he'll be in the hunt for a title for sure.

I'm betting #6 will be much better than last year, podium contender week to week I hope.

Why not? He was about 10 points up on Bogle before he got injured....
