My wife asked me to check out a high school friend of hers who is a news caster but I was more interested in this dude that ate crap. Wow!
Riding with your head down + no bunny hopping skills = F'd up. Dude behind him also had his head down, but at least he has some bike riding skills.

Your wife's friend is beautiful.

That was the first time I've seen a road/mtb style helmet work.
If you're riding that close on a fast downhill, you'd better be damned sure you trust the person who's wheel you're on. Looks like the guy with the camera ran over the debris and kicked it up. Now he might have been following some else, but at the end of the day, it could have been avoided if the person on the front avoided it. We were in a 10-rider paceline last summer on a flat section of road doing about 25, and the guy on the front took us right over a broken bottle. The guy in line in front of me blew out a front tire, and nearly ate crap. Thankfully, we were the last two in line and both survived. Again, if the person on the front had been paying attention, we wouldn't have been in that position to begin with. And yes, the news girl was hot.
Thanks for sharing Eddie!
What were we talking about ?
Just one of those things, like when a startled squirrel jumped up on my approach and landed on my foot. He made about 5 revolutions before pulling the ejection handle and scurrying off.
Pit Row
I'm surprised his shoes/pedals unclipped as well as they did.
stick either went straight up into the spokes or jammed the tire, nothing you can do at that point. when i was a kid, this other little shitbag who i always fought with threw a towel into my back tire as i was comin down a steep hill into our little pump track which made me skid off and go facedown into the creek. next day i shoved a hefty stick into his front spokes as he was comin up the face of a small double. he pretty much did exactly that. still dont feel bad about it.
