1 Athlete cought with blood doping got everything taken away, i could also say michael phelps for pot. But that's 2 athletes out of about 25 cought per year (lowballing that number there). The thing is, James is not lance armstrong and was not blood doping and now also has a TUE for the said perscription.

No athlete has gotten records taken away for Adderall. Oh and don't even compare Stewart to Lance Armstrong, Blood doping is nothing close to Adderall that was perscribed to you.

I was responding to "In no sport do they take away your homerun count, touchdown count or anything like that"
You didnt make your blood doping/ Adderall disclaimer until your response.

btw I completely agree with you
How am i a dipshit?

Im guessing your a perfect person, remembers everything and never makes a mistake. Hop off you're high horse and accept a mistake.

Im sticking to my original word that nobody has had there records taken away for adderall and for the most part, any PED. Lance armstrong is apart of the minority that has.

ok, i agree with you about bubba. But in the post of yours that I responded to; you did not exclude or include adderall or blood doping. you painted with a broad brush. You did NOT say that. "nobody has had there records taken away for adderall" was NOT your "original word," liar.

i agree, I really like to see him ride, his time is winding down, such a narrow window once you reach a certain age. . . as i said before, he didn't beat his kid bloody, nor did he knock his wife out. . .These professional beootches have an opportunity to come back and make multi millions of bucks.

Are you effing kidding me? Crucify him for adderal?

I wish it was like hockey. Just put bubba in the penalty box for 20 seconds and see what happens when you let him out. Let the guy race. It was prescribed adderol. Jesus.

Do you know that Michael Jackson guy? He had lot's of prescribed drugs also... It's not hard for those guys to get prescription.
He was asked many times when they tested him, are you taking some medicine? He said no, so he was trying to hide it...and thats why they need give him a ban.

I don't see it like that... From the onset, he said for a "prescribed medication". The rest of his statement that followed was under that umbrella.

Do people not realize that WADA doesn't give a shit what the fans think? Why is it so hard for people to accept that the rules were made ahead of time, and everyone knew about them. Could the punishment be over the top, yes, but everyone knows what the outcome is if you don't take the proper steps ahead of time. If Stewart doesn't race it's no ones fault but his own.
How many times do people have to say it? It's the FIM's lawyers and Stewart's lawyers that are holding things up. Until they give out a penalty WADA can and will have nothing to do with anything!!!!!!!!

Only thing WADA can do is appeal FIM decision to CAS (Court of Arbitration for Sport ). That's it.

THE JAMES STEWART/ WADA/FIM DECISION IS COMING

MXA doesn’t want to be the bearer of bad news – especially when the news we are holding back will be old news soon enough. From our viewpoint, we would like James Stewart to have the first chance to announce the outcome of his 2014 Supercross drug test case (and give him the opportunity to tell his side without every ill-informed person, which to some degree includes all of us, jumping in with their take). Let’s just say that James now knows what the penalty is — and apart from the inevitable appeals process — he will is facing a very tough period. Everybody will know the outcome soon enough.

I've thought about that from time to time, not for anything else, but how fucking bizarre was that post?

Say it was her, what the hell are you doing asking some online Doctor? Are there no Doctors in Haines City? Let alone that, what about being so specific as saying your son is a SX champion. Not like there is one of those walking down every street in every town USA, especially in circulation.

Just weird. And if's a goof, or a cover story, or whatever, it's still weird. https://youtu.be/_5DZexDYyuU

I am not sure what the JS7 (if any) penalty should be.....

Here is my opinion on this issue:

- Results need to be known before end of season
- If rider guilty first time, at minimum loss points and purse for race
- If rider is guilty more than one time, massive penalties (team and rider fines, multi-race suspension)
- Chronic abuser (more than three times), life time ban (including HOF)
- Rider and Team are to know consequence immediately and gets an appeal
- Some drugs have bigger penalties (give me a break with sinus medicine if rider is obviously sick

* As far as JS7, Zook, and his team, what FIM is doing is criminal. Decisions need to be made quick.
Couldn't agree more. Whatever side you're on with the punishment, you have to agree that there's no good reason to make him (and by extension and more unfortunately, his team) wait this long. Basically two weeks until Anaheim now. This is bordering on USA government-level of sloth and inefficiency.

Imagine if someone did that at the MXdN, while passing Stewart in his prime.

Apparently you're not as smart as you think. Adderall is 100% a performance enhancing drug and it is growing rapidly I sports. Do a little research if you can figure out how

Here you go a little education for those who live under a rock.

Take RocketSocks up on his challenge. See firsthand like I have if it helps, stop reading speculation and basing your opinion on newspaper articles. Oh...and to all that want him suspended and such, here is how the NFL handles a case of Adderall and getting a TUE AFTER the fact....

"In one of the more high-profile NFL cases earlier this season (2012), New York Giants RB Andre Brown was suspended for violation of the league’s substance abuse policy, but when he provided documentation indicating that he had been using Adderall for treatment of a medical condition, it was overturned by such a panel."

Adderall
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
For the generic compound, see Amphetamine.

Adderall is a psychostimulant drug of the phenethylamine class used in the treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and narcolepsy. Adderall is also used as a performance and cognitive enhancer, and recreationally as an aphrodisiac and euphoriant.

"performance and cognitive enhancer" People with ADHD have lowered cognitive performance level, we know this, that is why it is prescribed.
"recreationally as an aphrodisiac and euphoriant" I don't know how that would help a racer...unless a Monster girl was involved....
but thanks for the definition..lol...

They gave him a TUE admitting he has ADD/ADHD.
The problem is he didn't have a TUE at the time and the amount of time this has taken to hand down the penalty.

She didn't actually say that he was a champion, which makes it all the more intriguing.

Maybe it's just because that web page has had a lot of views since it was found and shared a few months ago but if you google "supercross adderall" her question is the very first hit.Grinning
