Hi all,

I am based in South Africa and work for a talented young man who races MX1.

We are looking for a good quality seat cover that offers maximum grip. No bump required.

The reason i'm asking for opinions is that I need to order a whole bunch of them from the USA so that we have enough to last the year 2015. I'm not concerned with longevity but require great grip.

We cannot afford to make any mistakes here and your guys opinions and input would be of great assistance in making the call as what to purchase.

Thank you.

I ordered a motoseat just a few months ago and I absolutely love it. Best seat I have ever used by far.

I also love the Moto Seat and WILL not use anything else. Travis is the man and their covers are head and the shoulders the best covers that I've ever used period. I've put them on at least 15 or so of my buddy's race bikes in the last season and half and they all love them too. I just built a new one with the Think seat foam for my 15 300SX. It looks bad ass and is light as hell. It feels like it weighs half as much as my stock seat with the identical Moto Seat cover on it.

I really like my Rusk Racing one, fit great, works great, no issues yet. It's grippy and has ribs of your color choice.

Anyone try guys seats? I was on their website the other day and they have light weight foam, carbon fiber seat bases with titanium hardware and have a seat cover that velcroes on.

You mean Guts Racing...

I've been running their stuff exclusively on my SXF & KXF. Lighter, Longer Lasting, Great "Traction" & I can get them "tuned" to EXACTLY what I want. They make the covers for JGR & other Teams/Brands, too.

I also use Guts Racing and have nothing but good things to say about the company and products.

Blackbird racing makes by far the best seat cover in the business. Great quality and durability. The grip is in a class of it's own. Where most manufacturers use a rubber like material for grip Blackbird has a more sandpaper like grip for their seat. Most of the GP guys use either Blackbirds seats or seats made of similar material.

its really cool that motoseat post here and support the sport. However, ive run GUTS stuff for years and I called them up and they were really cool.

They have the new phantom lightweight foam- they are doing a tall version for my RMZ 450, right now the foam is $199, but they are throwing in a seat cover also, so I am stoked on that!

Right now, they are also finishing up the carbon fiber seat bases for the RMZ and KTMs and they will be selling complete seats with the carbon fiber base, the phantom foam all mounted up and ready to go.

Moto seat.. pleated....end of story. Nothing better for grip, and looks too.
