I would like to keep riding as long as possible this winter. I would love to hear what other cold weather riders are doing to keep warm. My main problem is my hands.

Me: Hand-guards & duck-tape on the outside of your gloves (as in NOT your palm side)
This should help cut down on a lot of wind passing through your hands
There are probably a million better ways, but this seems to help me and its easy
Six different levels of heat ranging from 95-135°.. If your bike doesn't have a battery to run off of we sell kits with batteries that we use for mountain bikes and road bikes.

Go to the bottom of the page. They call em muffs but others call them gauntlets
They work great. Hands are never cold anymore. Even use thin or no gloves cuz hands get too hot with the hand warmers on.
