Jeff, I highly doubt your were trying to just shine it "at someone's helmet". No, you were clearly trying to effect the vision of the person(rv, mookie, etc..) and make them loose their focas. And this whole thing about "oh it was before the race started". Yeah, SECONDS before the race started. Everybody was in their start position, bikes revved, it was literally moments before the gate dropped..
Honestly, I don't think you were penalized enough, just my opinion.. I try to like the family and team but it never fails something stupid and childish happens.

6. MA on Tickle, ffs if you meant to take him out fine just say so (and if it was more a hit than you expected say so) - this is the big boys and rubbing is racing (IMO sadly missing since 4t took over).

These are just what I can think of right now and to me MA (and to some extent JA) have wasted their time, remember boys you only get 1 shot at living and no point in 5 - 10 years saying if only...

Feel free to add any points I have missed tho (as expect it to be a big list llf llf llf)
I would also add the Tony vs. Mathes notebook paper contract, as another to your list
That provided quite a few laughs and of course they keep on coming from that mess.

They've done enough dumb things you can't count anymore.

Problem is they found an owner in Mike Genova who acts like his team is a "victim" and gets no respect from anyone even though he should know you earn respect. Pair that with another "victim" with the, "Why does this stuff always happen to us" Alessi clan and you have the perfect storm.

I hate posting on things like this but really? A 10 grand fine, 1 year ban and a bunch of other stuff and you say it wasn't enough? It was a laser pointer. He wasn't aiming a loaded m16 at anyone. Move on with ur life.

I did think jimmys crew was alittle outta hand with shit talking as the race was happening, Alessi seemed to ignore it for the most part. I was also at the podium when jimmy asked Mike did he intentionally spin on the jump, that's how I know for sure that Mike rode over to the line as it came out his mouth confirming what I thought I saw. I thought it was over until I over heard Alessi was trying to fight jimmy in the pits and when jimmy came to sign up to collect his cash he confirmed that issue. FYI, my booth was between the start and podium across from sign up, was there since Friday. Will say I thought it was cool for Mike to come out Thursday and do a holeshot clinic with the kids and adults, as well as hook them up with gifts.
Has the truth come out yet? This is as close as I've seen, but I'm not reading all this other bullshit

Jeff, if you had any sense at all, instead of trying to convince people you didn't do what everyone saw you do, either never talk about what happened again, and ignore the people that bring it up to bait you. Or, if it does come up, admit you screwed up and don't try to talk your way out of it by now saying you never pointed it in his eyes, and that you only pointed it at his helmet, and all the rest of the BS you stated today....saying that not only makes you look foolish, but it shows people you haven't changed at all, you're completey detached from reality, and you have no remorse for your actions, which continues the negative image of yourself and your family. I lived the laser deal, I was the one who did it and I reaped what I sowed and I owned it now for the life of me LET IT GO!! What do you want from me dude I live with it every day I get to hear about it from more then just the people on here I have to see what it has dwindled my career to and how much I have to suffer on a day to day basis just to keep doing what I love.
