I can't figure it out as well. The Pourcel brothers raced together in 2012 for CLS Kawasaki

At this point in their careers Baggett is the best choice.
I don't even think Malcolm would argue with that.

When I think Dean, I immediately think of BB4...they have both been in the limelight on the small bikes from amateur to pros, but its gonna be cruel reality when guys like JA21 and Mookie finish ahead of them.

But I tried to search for somebody 'equally' as Pastrana (almost nobody will pick Wilson over Pastrana I think). Pastrana does not have the result but he is such a great, awesome guy with a lot of attention. I would rather have that person than somebody who had 2 championships but had the personality of a robot

If Pastrana were to actually commit to doing a full SX/MX season, I'd bet that the only team manager that wouldn't want him might be Decoster and that's only because he knows first hand that his attention will shift before the end of the season.

Sure did, cool event 50 second staight away, did you see travis fail to qualify at his sx atttempt in st louis a few years back? Your theory might work, while the racers are in the mains, travis can be in the pits signing stuff lol.

I'd choose Baggett every time.

Blake is a serious threat for any MX title he contests. I wouldn't be at all surprised if there's a #1 plate in his hands by the end of 2015.

Pastrana failed to qualify due to a bike failure......anyways, I'd take Mookie on the 450 over Baggett for SX. MX I'd take Baggett. Both are great riders though....

Possible, but it would take him at least a full year to prepare, that being said i would take bb4 over mookie.

yep radiator , in the lcq, due to a get together with another rider, not a knock on him he had a chance before lcq, At this point in his life i doubt he wants to put in the work for sx or mx, therefore i think he would have a hard time making any main. sx or mx.

Baggett is a better selection. Malcolm hasn't proved that he can dominate a 250f class or 450f class. Baggett has. Malcolm may just have to do the privateer effort and with his recognition he may be able to pull out a very successful 450f sx season.

I'd put Malcolm on the Rockstar-Husqvarna squad as an insurance policy to the -1- 450 rider they have.

I would have liked that team to go 2 and 2 and am a little surprised they signed Zach Bell.

I thought it was an interesting question during PulpMX show. If you had the decision to pick a new rider for the Yoshimura Suzuki team, would you prefer Baggett or Malcolm?

I would have picked Malcolm because I think he can create more buzz/ media/ attention than Baggett. However you do already have one Stewart who creates a lot of attention. Baggett probably will get better results than Malcolm (supercross I don't know, but outdoors I do think Baggett has the upper hand) and he has a lot of potential (former 250 champion). It is a though decision and perhaps this could be a good debate.

Malcolm's buz is because he is fast! If he was slow there wouldn't be near as much buzz around him!
How did bagget do at the MEC compared to Malcolm?
Malcolm's main buzz is that he's Jame's brother...and happens to be fast too. Malcolm is "instant PR" for anyone who sponsors him though. He's funny, relaxed in front of a camera & never gives a robot-speech.

But Baggett is faster... and has a much better resume of results.

Zach is still VERY young and has a BOAT-LOAD of potential.
He was available.
Bobby Hewitt has a history of finding potential in guys that others have written off or over-looked.
He's on the right team at the right time.
He's got a totally different approach and you can bet he looks VERY "Strong" by the time you see him at a race.
This signing has 2-3 more years of potential in it; IF, Zach finds his way...
Bobby has, as of late, gotten A LOT out of the guys he signed for back-up, testing, fill-in or "just because".
I'm never gonna argue with a Team Owner that does things the way Bobby Hewitt does: the Right Way.

Now, the other Zach? He's going to South America to make some smiles and miles! (Kurt Caselli is already smiling from above...)

On kickstart they said if JS7 trial does not go as planned (2 year suspension) he will retire, and Malcolm would fill the empty spot alongside Bagget.

Baggett has outdoor championship and multiple supercross wins. He is a better rider on almost all levels IMO. If you want Mookie, it's for other reasons than the racing.
