Why haven't the results of the drug testing results from Thunder Valley National been released yet?
It's over a month ago since the blood tests were taken, surely it doesn't take this long to analyse approx 6 riders results.
Is there a press or legal embargo on the USADA results being published in light of the " claimed leaks of the FIM SX tests by WADA from Seattle?

"Anti-doping controls were carried out during the Monster Energy AMA Supercross, an FIM World Championship event held at the Century Link Field, Seattle, Washington, USA, on 12 April 2014.
The riders tested were:
Ryan DUNGEY (USA)
Ryan VILLOPOTO (USA)
James STEWART (USA)
No prohibited substances or their metabolites, or markers, or the use of prohibited methods were found in the tested samples apart from James Stewart’s sample, which tested positive for amphetamine."
And what was the result of the original B Test? Has it been tested yet? What's the FIM's decision?
The whole subject has gone very quiet......
But since you're so keen on this, you'd be pretty steeped in the testing protocol, know the time frame, and know there's nothing extraordinary about it taking this amount of time, and that in fact typically it's bit early.
But don't let that stop your fun.
So going on your flow chart, B testing should be done by now. We should all know the results/penalty imposed by around Aug 6th.
Unless JS appeals it, though as the offence was readily admitted I can't see it going to a lengthy appeal.
Unless WADA decide the FIM penalty is not sufficient and they appeal it....
Round 3 sounds about right!
So much else in these threads is pure assumption, including that an "offense" was "readily admitted." Another is that either WADA as to Seattle or USADA as to Lakewood, or either sanctioning body purporting to act on WADA/USADA results, wouldn't be estopped from asserting a violation on the basis of WADA's conduct during the test and processing of any TUE, not to mention any failure of the FIM to properly manage the information and process.
Keep up the good work.
