Time for another 2stroke thread.. Spent the weekend uncrating a new 144mx and 250mx, woke up to snow on sunday so no riding yet. The 144 weighs 200.5lbs ready to ride without fuel. It came with weird DOT approved Mitas tires, going to have to put the usual Bridgestones or Pirellis on. The 250 came with a mismatched pair of Dunlop MX51/71, those have got to go too.

Waiting to get the KYB forks back from the tuner for the 13. I'll swap forks, clamps, front caliper, and the clear tank off of it for the '14 stuff, which wasn't what I wanted (marzocchi 50's, 1pc top triple clamp, black tank)

Then figure out if I'm going to sell this CR whole or part it out for people doing build-up projects.

Great job Cam! We are kind of on the same path here. I got my KXF450 a few weeks ago and got a coupe of rides on her....and now I just picked up a new motovan last week. Got my new wheels and tires today and starting to go to work in the back. Everything on this van so far has been flawless except for one thing....the dang water pump is dripping a tad out of the check hole. Which means it's on it's way out. Got that scheduled for a fix this next week.....then I'll be ready to go in this sucker!

Post up some pics of these new bikes when you get a chance man! And congrats!

Cam....when you get some time...post some of those new bike pics. Also....did you end up selling the TM I helped get up to your house? I think you said you did and I don't see it in your garage.

So my Motovan I picked up last week got it's new shoes today. Amazing how a set of wheels and tires can make a rig look totally different. Gonna be a fun summer with this thing hauling my new KXF450 and my KX 125 around.....YeeHaww!

Thanks for the kind words. The wallet is definitely looking a little rough this week but that's ok, both bikes weren't any more than a blinged out. 450..I'll get some more pics soon once they are both ready to ride.

Those Chevy vans are great Jeff, you scored big time there! Looks great with those wheels too. It would look bitchen with a matte black vinyl wrap!

I did sell that 450 that you and John helped rescue for me.. I don't oarticularly like riding 450s all that much but I did want to try a TM again and I'd gotten that bike for a rediculously low price on ebay. I really liked the bike and by 450 standards it was great, but I just have so much more fun riding 2-strokes. I instantly revert to lazy riding habits on a 450 and I prefer riding something that is more demanding. I think that is why I didn't gel with the Husky 300 also.
