he's smooth and steady and this season will not be an early wrap up for rv2.
Anyway James deserves much more respect he raised the bar and changed the sport forever.
Reed has had a great career.
The guy has the vision to see lines that nobody else would fathom; and then he has the stones to try it.
The risks that he is continually willing to take puts him at the absolute ragged edge; and that benefits us (the spectators) and the other racers (because it forces them to step up their game).
I am shocked and saddened by the shit that people just love to pile on that kid. For what? Because he is willing to push the envelope?
James Stewart will go down in my books as one of the people who have raised the bar for motorcycle racing. I am thankful that I got to watch what that kid was putting down. I wish him nothing but luck.
Yes, There were plenty of Reed fans claiming " watch out RV - This is Reeds title now" after his A3 win as well and that he would have won the title if he didn't crash out at round 6.....Seeing #7 pulling from RV in " his house" (San Diego) last week while he (Reed) was getting gobbled up and possibly pushed back to 5th by Dungey made him pull one of his rarely seen bad choices....and it bit him...All the hype about San Diego being Chads house and him shooting for a back to back win
Stewart won last week and Reed crashed out pulling a what some would call a JS7 style blunder....Stewart won Dallas (back to back wins) while Reed watched from the couch.....
out during some of those other wins. I would bet Chad's total is closer to 20 with James in the field. Here is another question,
that I don't know the answer, what is the head to head on RV1 and JS7. I think James started out with about a 6 or 7 win lead
in 2009. When I say head to head I mean both on the start gate and one of them wins.
Pit Row
James is on his game so its going to be something special down the home stretch, I hope neither one of them gets hurt and
we get to witness some battles between the two of them. Daytona should be epic. Go RV1
