That was very cool getting to ride along for that quad. Hahn really impressed me in that footage, too. I have to admit, he has been exceeding my expectations on the big bike...and I'm a Hahn fan. I really thought he was going to have a little more difficult time getting up to speed with those guys but he has looked good running with them.

Well, you can see why he spun and wheelied off the start...that rut at his gate looked like it was filled with marbles.....

Great footage....calm, cool and collected afte a horrible start......he was making some good time on the section before the finsh too where he passed Brayton....

That pass on Reed could have been an Atlanta 2011 re-run.....nice work Stewart

Looked like Stewart and Dungey almost collided on that triple watching the broadcast...not as bad as it seemed with the POV footage....

Very good at coming through the pack. You can see how Brayton was road blocking him,get out of the way eyebrows lol

Dungey's bike looked terrible through the whoops when Stewart made the pass. I know he's always struggled through them, but man he was swapping everywhere!

On the broadcast footage, after JS7 passes Brayton....You can see Dungey come up short on the QUAD....he almost ate shit hard ...suprised he tried it again...

He looked real good passing those guys. He was just taking his time and picking his spots. Not very easy to do against the best riders in the world.

Man oh man...........I love these Go-Pro vids! Just amazed at watching how much friggin' skill ( and huge balls! ) someone like James has! First lap through the timing section....3 wide....and jumping everything smooth as silk. I sweat when I watch these dang things! Thanks for posting!

Chad wasn't anywhere near as close to James as James was to Brayton.

Nice video though. It really lets you know how fast they are going.

The Reed pass " could have been" an Atlanta re-run.... If James wanted it to be....but he made it clean and I bet Reed was thinking that as they exited the turn....."whoah....Guess my ol buddy Stew forgot about Atlanta".....

That was sweet. Him and Dungey got sooooo close at 3:12. Wow. That quad was gnarly too, way nuttier than it looked on TV. Great track too, lotta different options and passing opportunities. Man, hopefully Stewie felt good crossing the checkers after that ride.

Love the goPro vids. It looked like Stewart rode calm and collected.

It's crazy how much Dungey's back end dances in the whoops, but he still hammers on. I thought Brayton looked good as well as Hahn. Just the fact that Stewart had to work his way up to passing them, shows that they were running a good pace.

It's always cool to see how MUCH of the track JS uses, especially in the lines he finds to try and get past people. Most mortals are just trying to hang on and get around the track.

this was awesome, amazing how easy these guys make it look.... especially Stewart stretching out that quad.

also never noticed him 3-3 out of the rhythm before the finish... such a smooth line

He hasn't always struggled with the whoops. He was fine doing them on a yellow bike, now not so much.

I read somewhere that a European company was going to mount some of their cameras to a bike(practice only I think) for A3 and test the feasibility of showing live shots for Feld. That would be awesome!!
