He was killing it all day. I was on my feet and nearly screamed like a girl when he made that move on Seely. I need to update my avatar with the red plate Cool

I appreciated Cole's reaction too - he wasn't pissed off, said he would have done the same thing. You could tell he was very frustrated with the lappers.

Good ride by both young men, over twelve seconds ahead of third - wow!

Good reaction indeed from Seely. I also like the way Anderson justified his move, "he does not like to ride dirty but it was the last last lap and for the win, so he had to". The move was a bit dirty but both are class act.

He ran it in hard, but Seely left the door open. And it looked like Anderson was not trying to take Seely out...he made contact but was trying to turn/go forward rather than taking Seely out.
Seely got the short end of the stick with lappers...and i guess in hindsight, should have taken that corner tight. Great respect for both those guys...they were flying.

That lapper really screwed Seeley. . . He basically stopped in the middle of the track and slowed him just enough to give Anderson that shot. I'm glad neither of those dudes went down in the corner. I think Anderson was dragging a knee through that corner. I don't know how he managed to stay up through that.

Indeed. It was a superhuman effort to keep it on two wheels after the contact. Thank God for incredible balance and a brave right wrist.

On the replay, you could see Seely's airborne front wheel bounce off of Anderson's rear wheel as Cole recovered from the contact under power.

Cool, Seely.

For sure! I honestly thought Anderson didn't have enough time, and normally he wouldn't have if not for that lapper. It looked like he started making his move a lap too late....but boy was he there in the second to last corner!

Ask ANYONE that saw or raced against Jason @ LL's and we'll simply say, "Well, well...that's the Jason I know!"

Me? I'm as stoked as his Team is. Btw, that Team? They've stood behind him thru Good-n-Bad...because, they knew he had this ability to Crush It.

I'm just hoping to see him ride some East-Coast rounds...I'm greedy!

fantastic racing and attitude from them both , hope the rest of the series is as entertaining,

When I saw Anderson in the corner before, I thought there is no way he can catch and pass Seely before the finish, when he did, my jaw hit the floor, it reminded me of when you see one of those last minute at the buzzer basket ball shots from half court.

Is it just me or does Anderson look like Matt Hoffman? Even the way he talks.

What an awesome pair of riders. Both are a class act and I hated to see either come out behind. Loved both their attitudes also.

Just watched the Oakland 250 race again, great race, pretty unbelievable what happened to Wilson on the last lap, and for Anderson to be there again to take it, not quite the way he did with Seely, but still great for Anderson, and he's the points leader again.

All in all a really great race, I wonder what Seely's deal was, nerves ? Wilson looking like his old self again. Hill looks like he's ready to battle with the big boys now. I bet Webb wishes he could do that pass over again.

People can say what they will but the fact is that JA17 never gives up and has been rewarded. If he mailed in the last lap like a lot of other riders he wouldn't be in the position to make these passes/capitalize on mistakes. You can call it luck, but I call it heart.

X2, very well said. He put his foot in the door last year and seems to be kicking it wide open this year. I haven't seen a rider in years (if ever) so rewarded for charging all the way to the checkers.
