i get embarrassed for the sport when i see guys like in this video, or Ronnie mac getting viral videos online. just makes me cringe, probably just me but i get nothing out of watching someone goon ride, which is making fun of majority of the people who own a dirtbike.

Not every person is there to compete, some are there to hang out and have fun. There's nothing wrong with media presenting the other side of the coin(people not so serious) at an event like this. You ever see the hoopla at a NASCAR event, plenty of people having fun and goofing around that aren't' there to race. NASCAR is not embarrassed at the fans whootin, hollerin and carrying on, those fans helped turn the sport mainstream. What about the parking lot of an NFL game, BBQ, beers, guys throwing the football and talking trash about their glory days, what's the problem?

Fun, that's what the sport is all about. Having fun with friends and fellow motonutcases.

Well I take that back, I think it is a great video until the beer cans in the overalls and beer goggles comes on. If you got rid of that part, it would be a good video. Love the music.

To find it funny, you probably had to grow up with such characters like I did. D class in the south in the 90s was crazy ass dudes in overalls, work boots, duck tape, flannel and no fear for nothing! We called these loyal strong willed folks "Grits". Great to have them on your side and would loan you their race flannel anytime.

My favorite Grit was Kenny Wiggins who would latter inspire me into motocross and become a friend. My first sighting of this dude was full pinned across the school yard during school hours while I was trying to run/walk the mile in 3rd grade. Kenny skipped school to pin that 84 CR 80 smoker in the face of authority with his knees in the breeze and the long hair don't care! Rad as shit I thought! I questioned him later how his bike was so much faster than my XR 80, "2 Stroke" he said. That was it, went to pops and explained this bike and sold the XR and got my first real bike 87 CR 80, sweet.

Kenny Wiggins is a real Ronnie Mac, he didn't care what you thought, rode how he wanted and when he wanted. Later on in life in his 20's, he had a stand off with the cops and he took his own life. RIP KW!

You can help but laugh at someone on the track looking like a goon, real or puton. I mean if you can watch Brandon's first race and not laugh you aint human. Hell I started out looking just like Brandon (probably still do).
