Are you sure its not just the practice that we cant watch? Im sure I read earlier today that practice would only be available to those in the US.

Black screen for me in every vid I try and play on Allisports - downloading the app thing now (slowly). Damn, looks like I'm going to miss the whole thing Sad

Doubly frustrating given that it worked fine for me last year without the need for any additional programs. But there you go.

Try this guy http://www.justin.tv/vegassx#/w/5694869968 . He was showing practice earlier and as far as I know is showing the racing, too.

Looking like it's partly my internet provider crapping out and causing some issues. The last two days it's been terrible (perfect timing!). Cheers for the link anyway, I appreciate the help.

Kinda bummed Alli sports didn't work nearly as good for me as it did last year. Maybe it will get better as the season progresses.

Damn, hope it's just practice? But I would assume we are toasted in an hour as well, can't figure someone would change the settings to allow our ips' back in all of a sudden? You see an it-guy change the settings a few minutes before the live stream when having a fully working system going already?

Hold your horses guys, it hasn't started yet. The Justin TV stream should be up when it does, and I don't see why we would have problems with the Allisports stream, as it's available worldwide.

Hang in there and wait,(albeit anxiously!) until the racing starts,hopefully it'll kick in then and we'll be rockin'

It's only practice and as Jamma says there was no promise of anything streaming internationally Wink

Im sure it said practice was being streamed on that NBCsports extra or something, and that the races are on allisports, so Im presuming they're different streams.

edit. Actually forget that I see allisports directs you to the NBC page...

I was watching practice on allisports not nbcsports and it worked fine.

allisports worked fine last season without the need to download anything so I'll just hope it'll work in 30 minutes time... otherwise I'll be flapping around trying to find a stream at 9pm while my specially ordered Hangtown curry gets cold! Smile

If you're on a PC you have nothing to worry about, the problem is people on iPhones or iPads. Those don't run flash video. Last year, allisports had an h.264 stream on its website, which is compatible with iPhones. This year, it appears they no longer have the iPhone compatible stream on their site- it's on the "NBC sports live" app, which sucks and doesn't work for 80% of people.

Download Photon from the app store. it will run the flash streams if you have a good connection.

I'm from outside USA and the player didn't work. I installed HotSpot Shield (click on "download now") and it worked immediatly. I remember DC saying it was only practise but I have it just to be sure

edit: I'm on a PC
