Watch: Darius Glover - "What Ever It Takes"
Inspiring and motivational best describe Darius Glover. Undeterred by those telling him he'd never ride again, Darius has found a way not only to ride dirt bikes, but to compete at the highest level, not letting paralysis stand in his way...

(a bit shocked that he ran into trouble at Loretta's. Haven't heard MX-Sports' side of the story but.......Tisk tisk to MX-Sports)
Very freakin cool what he is doing and i am so glad he got all the LL's bs sorted out, i for one will be rootin for the guy!!! Can you imagine if he can pull off a title? Groundbreaking!
btw: i didnt realize until reading the vid desc. that he also was hurt at just 15yrs old, same age i was, only many, many years earlier ('85)...damn im old

Perfect example of a fine young man. I wish him all the best.
BTW .... Darius is in collage in Tallahassee FL to become a motivational speaker.
1.) Made me want to go ride.
2.) Made me think about the next time I complain, I should shut the hell up instead.
3.) Made me thankful for everything I have in life
If that isn't motivational, I don't know what is!
Last year he came to the ranch as a spectator to watch and we were very pleased to invite him to participate in a parade lap as a guest and check out the track for himself.
The rule in question regarding Darius in the first place was this (on Page 8):
"The rider must be large enough and mature enough to control his or her motorcycle at all times and to ride it safely. This includes stopping, starting, standing still, mounting, dismounting, and putting one or both feet on the ground. The referee has the authority to disqualify a rider that cannot safely control his/her motorcycle."
Needless to say, there is a concern for Darius' safety, the safety of other competitors on the track, and the safety of event personnel in the case of a crash in the middle of a championship moto or even practice.

Very inspirational.
HUH?? I think you fully misread my post Lumpy.
I dont know what you read, but i was simply pointing out that we were both 15yrs old when our accidents happened, of course mine was many years ago and im an old man,
I've seen plenty of able body riders fit that description
Go to any race and watch the Beginner class or half of the Junior class. The ref would be throwing people out left and right!
