Since I'm so fond of saying customer service is dead in America I think it's only fair that I acknowledge the great service and products from these guys. I've purchased a couple seat covers from them and am very impressed with the quality, fit and finish.

As for service, the orders are filled promptly and accurately and responsiveness to customer needs is great. For example, during installation of my first MotoSeat cover I had a question about fit and my son picked up the phone and dialed MotoSeat not realizing it was after 7 PM. My boy left a message and we went back to installing the seat cover. Well 10 minutes later the phone rings and it was Travis from MotoSeat! He discussed our issue and made sure we were all set. You don't see that every day.

Great job MotoSeat.

Definitely give them a call. I liked the look of James' seat and some of the work Travis did for Weston Peick, so I e-mailed Travis asking about a gripper seat cover with colored ribs. 2 days later it's at my door and only $10 more than a standard seat cover. The seat looks great.

Also would like to say thanks to Travis. I never post on here but when i saw this i had to thank him . I sent him an email and ordered what i wanted and he said ok have it out in a few days. Price is good. and from what i seen the quality is awesome. Cant wait to try it out.

Its helps to have people like him when your a privateer trying to do it on your own.

I also had a great experience with motoseat. I didn't have to swear in chinese to put it on, and it seems really grippy, not to mention it looks awesome. Travis was very helpful as well. Thanks!
