This could be the ultimate bait cast....with 2 guys using email correspondence and a plane to tie it all together...brilliant. good sale.

If you guys want the REAL answer to this, just go out off HWY 301 in Dade City FL, Just north of SR54, but south of 52. Chad Reed's compound is there, just across the street from Billy Wood's old track "Flyin High MX".

Peek over the fence and look for something that looks out of place. Like a ginger. Make sure it's not Tim Ferry though, they might look a little similar at 300 yards.

Can't miss the track, it's the only place with elevation change in the whole damn state.

Pretty sure your computer says Gateway on the side.

The outdoor track you see there is none other than the one in this video. The address is legit. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k03v5m9-GOo

While we're at it...

Go ask the people you know at a team exactly WHAT a "VP SPonsorship" is...

Why?

Because, I get the feeling that too many of you think there's a check going to these teams or that they get all their fuel for free...or something along those lines.

Uh, how about...NOT!

Then there's this...

I can think of a certain Motor/Racing Guru that is INSTRUMENTAL in the Development of VP Fuels...hell...his Dyno and Riders, too.

This stuff is just funny, sometimes.

Then there's this...that guy over at Renegade...?

He's a freind, too: Josh Pitts.

He's done a lot to develope some damn good fuel that's gotten it's fair share of Holeshots and Wins, too.

He's been instrumental in the R&D and "Power" development over at the Rockstar Lites Team, Geico...etc.

Josh as been EXTREMELY HELPFUL with the 11-Ten Mods Team...and that's VERY COOL!

Me?

I colaborate with these guys to help-out some Privateers and Privateer Teams when the timing is right.

If I seem like I'm leaning towards VP a lil more..so be it...I've been runnin' it FOREVER...too many types to list...however...I'm callin' the New MRX02..."Mitch's Stuff" (That kinda pisses Bruce off...since he actually developed it!)...

It's like CHEATING in a Two Stroke!

I'm jus' sayin'...

Elaborate on this MRX02. Unleaded and oxygenated? Did they find something with some lubricity other than lead?

Both.

You'll have to ask at the VP offices for specifics; because, I don't see it listed on the site, yet...or...you could ask Mitch...He told EVERYONE at Mammoth to "Go get some MRX02"...

I'll bet the PC folks/Mitch says the very same thing at LL's.

This is a small industry I know all the stories about all these people and know them fairly well. You want to discuss fuel that is like cheating try walking by the JDR KTM tent on any given weekend at 500 a gallon. Id say the stuff they run will blow any fuel on the market out of the water. VP offers teams ungodly amounts off free fuel to race teams like Factory Honda, JGR, Hart Huntington.

The real question you must ask yourself is:

"How the hell does the guy who drags/ships fuel barrels around know about this when no one else does?"

It's not like industry insiders work part time as fuel warehouse employees AND write letters of encouragement to RV.

If we can work JLAW into this thread somehow, this website is going to have to upgrade their servers.

A letter of encouragement to a current/future client written in Sharpie on the outside of a fuel drum that the intended recipient will probably never even bother to look at. What's next, a contract written on toilet paper and signed in Crayon?

Sorry, I'm just pissed that I wasted 10 minutes of life reading this shit.....

I finally spoke to him. He said he saw all the stuff on the net about RV to Honda or 22. I don't know where he is but he works in the oil an gas business but not for VP. He saw the gas that had RV's name on it and said it was going to him. He thought it would be funny to write that message to RV with all the stuff on the net. He sent it to me and I didn't know he wrote it and when I freaked he ran with it knowing I was getting on a plane. He works out of town a few weeks then is home a few. I will get the whole story when I get home from Florida and he is back.

On another note. He was a mechanic for a non big named sx rider in 2010. I actually walked up when he was talking to DC. A few people may know him but not many.
