Hey, I am looking to find a two stroke to buy and build up to my liking. Was wanting to see others two strokes to get some ideas of what I should get and what kind of parts to buy for it. 125's and 250's both!

02 RM125. I bought it for $400 and put a ton of sweat and about $500 into it. It was worth every penny.

jm42. If you may be interested in an '01 Suzuki 125. It was my son's friends bike, and ran well till my son rode it. Then he blew the motor. It needs a full rebuild. I live in Georgia, if your interested, let me know.

Several years back (2009)while looking for a new YZ125 and having zero luck locally this lightly used 2008 KTM144SX with about 2 hours on it came up for sale. Was purchased new from the dealer where all the woods accessories were added. The lady that bought it didn't like the 2 stroke power so she sold it. The next owner bought it for his wife who found out she was pregnant with twins the same day so she never rode it. Nabbed it for $3300.00 just as it sits in the photo.

It's an 04. Actually it wasn't even that much of a project... I'd like to call it a "bolt on factory" more than anything. I bought the bike a few months ago with maybe like 3 hours on it. It was that clean. I rode it a couple of times and then put all that shit on...
It turned into a 4 thousand dollar conversation piece real quick. Lol no actually I rode a few times after that and already doesn't look as new anymore. It really sucks to ride though.

2003 RM 250, bought it for $1500, put $1800 in it looks brand new. Have had crazy high offers. Everyone at the track thought it was brand new.

Kxking that bike is gorgeous!

I can't upload pics from my phone but there are some pics in my profile of my 07 kx 250. I picked it up in 2010 for $2000. It had no graphics, busted plastics, busted air box and the throttle housing shattered. I have put a ton of time into this thing and I'm still on the lookout for other cool things to do. I don't know how many of you guys if any run one but the CP my moose racing piston is by far the greatest thing I have done to that bike! Would highly recommend it to any two-stroke lover!

Riding/ Racing Hollister GP track in REVERSE this coming weekend, bringing my RMZ 450 in case I feel lazy also Smile
