After this talk about the big 4 jumping the leap, who will do it, etc.. Curious if you have any pictures of 125's hitting it back in the day other than JS7? Specifically Larocco?

after watchin that vid obviously I was waay off didn't think it was that old, but I do remember reading about the big jump at his house apparently it had 4sec of hang time

I shot that pic, definitely not even remotely close to the first time he jumped it. This was for a media event for the race that Pat Schutte put together in maybe 2004-05'ish.

yeah I wasn't sure it.. it might've said something like first time of the weekend or something like that.... or maybe didn't mention anything about it being the first anything

The jump at Mike's house was called Kong and LaRocco's leap was inspired by it originally.

I remember there was one year (I wanna say 2002 or 2003) when there were a bunch of riders that cased the crap out of it in practice. There was an entire photo gallery with bent forks, cracked rims and all other sorts of mayhem from that jump.

i do have it but I never scanned it because it was in black and white. It was from this shoot here. I'll see if I can track it down.

haha aah it was a 500 the memory seems to be working.. oh don't knock yourself out too much haha if it's in a racerx i'll have it but I threw all my other American mags out.. bit silly of me they used to cost at least $10 a pop over here haha
