oh and shit like this usually ruins me too, not skurrrd, but they always seem to get me
1.)Blue groove / hard as concrete tracks with big jumps.
2.)Deep ruts
3.)Massive breaking bumps coming out of high speed sections.

I also fear getting landed on or coming upon a downed rider/bike over a blind jump/hill.
But I'm just a practicer for unforeseeable future so I don't have to do nothing to hurt myself.
Scariest thing that happened to me though (also at LACR), some tiny kid on a 50 crossed the track right in front of me when I was in about 4th gear on a 125 (jeeez 10 years ago already?!)... I grabbed both brakes immediately and hell I probably closed my eyes because I was 100% sure I was going to plow right into him. He must've hit the gas at the right moment because I barely missed him. I rolled the whole next lap in 1st gear, came back around and saw his dad looking very animated and obviously shouting at him... so I just let it go.
The X Games tracks scared the shit out of me. We always had a couple pros to help us do the jumps. I'd literally just try to match rpms and launch...
I'll take a rutted straight over this any day.
Then it's ruts in a close second.
And just as I was typing this I remembered how much I hate Glen Helens downhills. Seriously, I hate Glen Helen period. Every time Ive ever ridden their it is just survival. I dont have fun. I go out their thinking this might be the last time I ride for a long time and it is full concentration sensory overload the entire time I ride. When I come back to the pits all I feel is immense relief.
The worst part is, I look at Glen Helen and know, that if I was good, it would be my favorite track. It has everything that I'd love if I was good enough to ride it pinned. It looks so fun in theory but once Im out their Im miserable. It's a very frustrating experience.
Pit Row
But my biggest peeve is SX style jumps on MX tracks. I don't mind big jumps with safe landings, but when you put large, timing jumps with steep takeoffs and landings into a high speed MX track, that's just an accident waiting to happen. If you are going to build big jumps, make sure you build a "safe" landing.

Personally watch a vet rider, father of multiple children on a KTM kill himself on one such jump. Yet, this particular track has the same shitty kicker jump faces EVERY Saturday night for 30 years.
FL people will know which track I am talking about.
At a place with good dirt like a Budds Creek type track, i'll huck a 90ft table til my balls fall off. But a place that develops that curb-sized kicker lip, I won't even unload my bike.
+ Ruts, jumps that are out of my league, and general squirrely moments, be they in the air or on the ground. Although saying that... those "woooooaaahhh, fucking hell that was close" moments of relief feel awesome.
