Sounds like a bummer for Reed... or is it? Maybe he''s already got plans for 2013 which Bel Ray couldn't be a part of?

Dang, I thought BelRay & 22 were a damned good fit. They seemed to be getting a ton of exposure too.

Or at least the logos looked good anyway.

Guess we'll have to see what comes next...

Juicy Fruit has an amazing flavor, shame it only last for about 30 seconds.

I am a little shocked if it's Bel-Ray.

They seemed to have a great relationship. Bel-Ray themselves credited Reed with getting them back into racing and on the map again. If they dumped him it would be a shame.

That being said the Honda Oils makes sense considering how happy Honda seems to be with Team 22/Reed.

not surprised. Bel-Ray probably wanted to be at the track this summer.

Man that smell. It's one of the things I miss. I remember after a day of riding that I could smell that heavenly scent in my jersey. There is just something about that exhaust smell. First, it started with Golden Spectro back in the early 80s (didn't know better), then Bel Ray, then Maxima and finally I ran Yamalube after a pro mechanic told me that was the best stuff on the market. The year was 1993.

BUT, the Bel-Ray / Honda relationship goes way back. Lot of history there and seeing the Bel Ray logo on a Honda was a good fit.

Obviously no one knows anything about Reed's sponsors. Another 2 pages of speculation.

Please don't bring evidence into a Vital discussion. It will only confuse everyone. Use the terms JS7, J Law and Two Stroke.

I heard JS7 and J LAW were out riding the other day on 2 strokes and 2t's. This is pure speculation.

Bummer for all involved. With only 1 rider BelRey was not getting much return after Chad went down. Nature of the sport.

Aren't Bel-Ray a sponsor of Carey Hart's team as well?

Sure but that is a separate check with it's own return on investment hopes and dreams.
Moving on I hope Chad gets what he needs for a 2 rider team in 2013 and beyond.

This sheds no new light unless they were using Bel-Ray.

The real question is if they were on blue bikes. I heard the two stroke line was even retroactively hurt by the new 450.
