Only $10 for all 2026 SX, MX, and SMX series.
I would check car washes and grey hound stations if I were that concerned.

You cannot argue the 4 strokes are superior race machines in Pro racing when the FIM, AMA, MXSports, Feld and DC himself says they are not. They argue that they are inferior to 2 strokes at a displacement level
I like how the Four stroke Facists try not to let the facts get in the way of their argument.
If you do not like the 2 stroke Taliban and their threads, you can only blame the aformentioned and yourself.
The only flaw in the plan is doing this at round 1, only because there are already enough media side stories.
If Chris plans on running the whole series (competitively), I would rather him start out on the 450 and see where his results go from there.
Either way, I'd like to see Chris out there and do well.
Edit: google sez that was in 2010.
Also, after talking to Bruce Hendel at VP, the newer race fuels (that are legal) can help in a 2T motor.
If he makes a few decent adjustments & rides well...he'll get points in both motos.
And, that IS a Big Deal!
Pit Row
I've never met Chris, but have seen him ride before locally, and by all accounts he's a good guy from what I hear. I hope he does well no matter what he rides.
A modern 350-400 2t would light up a 450 on a hole shot, be much lighter, and handle close to a current 250 2t. A little off topic but I wish someone still built a competitive bike with some sack. It kinda sucks trying to make bikes designed for 5'7"-5'9" and 160-170 lbs to fit you. A CR500af Is great but its still a 25 year old motor and the vibrations keep me from pulling the trigger on one.
Minutes later the very first comment is negative by someone who is obviously “not interested” in 2 strokes and could have never clicked on the thread.
If a dog is walking along his merry way in his own yard and you walk into his yard and kick it and it barks at you, does this make him a taliban dog?
What is so intimidating about one guy racing a 250 in 450 class?
He bought the bike off Mike Mason last week. Rode it last night and loved it. He just wants to go out and have fun. In fact, his brother Michael will be wrenching for him. Just a fun weekend for the Blose boys.
Thank you for getting it, at least somebody does. Plain and simple 250 two strokes handle night and day better than a 450 and that is mostly due to where the CG is of where a 4 stroke carries its reciprocating mass i.e. where the weight of the bike is based..... a 2 stroke's weight up there isnt even 1/4 the weight of a 4 stroke above the cylinder and that weight so high up in the frame will jackhammer you into the ground! It takes all the fun out of riding FOR ME and I like the slicing and dicing and nimble (dancing on the razor edgeness) of a 250 2 stroke.
And I 100% agree on you're ENTIRE statement..... I belioeve it and if VP has a fuel that would work on the level of the leaded fuels of the past, remember before they outlawed leaded fuel the factory 250 2 strokes were only crippled by the impossibility of using leaded race gas. With this new fuel and a finely tuend engine I feel the 250 2 stroke can run down a 450 ESPECIALLY in supercross and if he rides it well, not only can he make his own lines and ride the track far far away from the chopped out 450 lines he should be competitive IMO based on what TeamGreen says and I dont know why but somehow I believe this dude.....I think he might know his shit on this one
