Good questions, Hoov. I just checked, and it doesn't appear so...it's a forum-only feature. If you want to make it more permanent in your profile, you can upload it there, and link it (embed photo) in the forum.

Searching for all the photos from a particular user? Click their avatar photo, and click the number next to the Photos. I just peeked at my profile, and discovered that I've posted 27,865 photos here so far.
