If Dungey doesn't come back & score some serious points by then...well...it's OVER.

I sure hope RD5 comes back and races. I am surprised people still go to the races. I went to all of the CA races but most of the guys were still racing...

Also, he'll make more than ANYONE(Contract-Only Monster will pay him what he's worth/his agent asks for) next-year, too...& that's after he earns more than ANYONE This Year.

Looks like a Repeat to me.

Asking tthis is like asking yourself, if Carmichael went and raced the 25+ class at lorretta's would he win? I don't think that anyone else is stepping it up, they're just getting to start up front now. KW was the one of the only guys out there that if he could of gotten a good start when things were clicking like Vegas last year could have won in the first half of the season. Flashes of brilliance.

Yeah, it's a done deal. Although I think Villo was going to win the title regardless, it's a shame that a title chase that should have gone down to the last lap at Vegas is going to wrap with 3 races to go.

The consensus seems to be around $100,000 but that's not a confirmed number.

I think he'll keep going like a madman......it is what he does best. RV is an animal and seems to be THEE premier rider right now. Rack up the wins , championships and all the $$$ you can now.

It seems all the competition has pretty much taken themselves out.....RV is on easy street right now.

What I wonder.........is anyone going to be able to step up and challenge him in the outdoors this year? I don't see it happening any time soon.

Seems like many people were saying the same for other riders about ten years ago. I guess maybe it hasn't really gone up that much.

RV and RD both have tracks that each guy typically does better at, I think it will be a great season all around.

The whole package is complete right now, can't see any one rider taking him down.

Injuries or engine problems are the only concerns until the new breed get's their packages complete and the dominant rider get's tired of winning/ preparing/older.

Dungey and probably Townley for a few motos. Barcia if Honda recruits him to replace Canard.

I doubt JS7 is gonna do the outdoors when he said he has a few broken bones in his hands but well see.

RV could roll every lap of the remaining main events and still win the title Wink

Let him run away with it as long as they [TV] shows the racing behind him. I'm actually more interested in that [weekly racing] than championships anyway. Good racing to come IMO. [Although I'm a pansy that couldn't qual at an arenacross....]

Of course he will still win since he only has to ride at about 75 to 80% to win. However if it rains that might be a different story

Is this the earliest someone has won title in the series? When McGrath won 15 out of 16 races I don't think he won it with 3 races to go cause Ward/Emig were 2nd a lot of the time. This might be a good mid-week article for pulpmx or racerx to do.
